Great communication and speedy delivery. Very nice quality towels for a reasonable price. Nice to deal with an actual Family business. I'll be back.

A true family business is a rare thing. Even more rare is a family business that has survived the generations, building on its established traditions, while innovating and modernising as it seeks to future-proof the business for the generations to come. Duncan Stewart is one of those family businesses that take our history seriously, knowing that it informs everything we do going forward. Duncan Stewart is renowned as a supplier of premium quality personalised and branded textiles and more recently, this has expanded into homewares and gift items. We create embroidered towels, bags, bathrobes, laser engraved homewares, and bespoke items that cannot be found on the High Street. On the business-to-business end, we work closely with a range of customers, supplying multi-national companies with branded products and corporate gifts to supplying beauty colleges and small businesses with textiles. For consumers, our wide range of premium products are available as stand-alone items or personalised to make beautiful gifts that celebrate every occasion. For us diversification is key, and our product range reflects this. We strive to think outside the box with our designs, to enable all of our customers to be inspired in finding that perfect gift item for someone they love.

Good quality and prompy service
Purchased a personalised towel on-line and was not certain of what the quality would be like but pleasantly surprised - the towel feels good and the printing is a really nice touch.
I would recommend this service - on-line ordering was simple; the product came on-time and I was pleased with the quality of the towel.

Beautiful quality but difficulty in delivery
The quality of the two embroidered dressing gowns was amazing, really fluffy and look really beautiful. I was a bit worried they wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but they did. Towels R Us were really helpful with following up on the delivery when it was taking longer than expected.

Good products, lousy delivery!
Used Towels R Us before and found their products to be very good, but delivery times are, to say the least poor!

Navy Blue is not navy blue!
The navy blue is a lighter shade than you'd expect. Otherwise good embroidery. Thanks *

Excellent Quality, lovely presentation box.Perfect present.
I wasn't sure about ordering when I was unable to test the quality of the product but my expectations were met and exceeded. My mum will love the coat and the personalisation of her name on the same. Would recommend this to all.
Delivery service was also on time.

Why have one dressing gown in the family when you can have two?
I bought a hooded dressing gown for myself in January. My daughter admired it so much that I have bought her one for Christmas. The quality of the towelling is excellent and your service was very prompt and efficient. The added personal touch of her name embroidered on it has made it a truly lovely gift.

WOW!!! WHAT A GOOD PRESSIE IDEA
I ordered a dressing gown with an embroidered name for a Xmas present for a very good friend and was very impressed with the finished article. The order came when promised and well packaged. Well worth the money that I paid and was far better than anything that I saw in the high street shops.

Very good retailer
I bought 2 luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels with embroidered initials on them, when only 1 arrived I contacted them by phone, they apologised for the error and sent the other towel immediately, it arrived the following day at my home in Jersey, which was super fast response. The towels are of the highest quality and look wonderful in my newly fitted bathroom. I am a totally satisfied customer, and will be dealing with Towels R Us in the future. Many thanks to you Towels R Us for your excellent service.

good gowns strange delivery
The gowns were great, as on the tin but why, when ordered at the same time, did they arrive a day apart and why wouldn't your system treat them as one order?

So pleased with my order
I wasn't sure what to expect for only £30 but the embroidery was spot on and i'm so pleased with the quality of the personalised dressing gown I bought.
Thank you very much!

Great product and price, recommend
This item and service was very good, slightly longer despatch time than originally stated so if you are in a rush (like you would be in a rush for a personalised towel!) be aware.

Fantastic
I ordered the egyptian towelling robe and had it personalised. The whole order process was very easy with plenty of font and colour choices. Towels R Us kept me informed of approx delivery then emailed me again when they had despatched it. Robe is nice and soft and a good quality. I just hope my future son in law likes it.

Nice quality goods, prompt delivery
The wooden rail is well finished and I am pretty sure I have seen this exact same towel on a swanky housewares site at a higher price.
