Easily top 3 in my online perfume outlets in Australia along with Cityperfume and Libertineperfumarie. They won me over with their next day fast delivery from Victoria to the ACT. If you’ve had to a wait weeks for a product from other so called vendors you’ll appreciate this service.
I recently ordered a bottle of Falak perfume by Lattafa. Delivery was very quick and the perfume arrive in perfect condition. No complaints whatsoever. Happy to buy from them again.
Above and beyond customer service, was emailing dune after hours and still got extremely quick replies. Dune worked with me to find a scent I did not know the name of and pinpointed a few then provided samples of a few to try out and came with a gift as well. Overall the experience was more than amazing scents are legit and arrived quickly interstate. I will be returning back for more purchases.
Amazing customer service and the man working here helped me out and was a great help. Definitely going back

Hi,
we’re sorry to hear you feel this way.
We’d like to clarify that you initially contacted us advising that you received a different item to what you ordered. We asked you to provide a photo of the product received so we could investigate, as all orders are scanned and checked before dispatch to prevent errors.
You then advised that the perfume did not smell the same as what you had previously, but later confirmed that you had not used the product and requested to return it for a refund.
We take the authenticity of our products very seriously and only supply genuine fragrances from our trusted suppliers. We’re always happy to investigate any concerns when provided with the required details.
Bottle was leaking and I called them. I sent them the email to do something about it and they don’t care and they waste my money.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. If a perfume arrives leaking, we’re always more than happy to replace it, customer satisfaction is important to us. In this case, the order was placed around 7 months ago, and we were contacted approximately 6 months after purchase advising that the bottle had started leaking. Unfortunately, after this length of time, we’re unable to offer a replacement. That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry we couldn’t resolve this the way you hoped.
Went to their store at Chadstone Shops and had a great experience testing and ultimately buying a fragrance. First purchase of a niche fragrance. Didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice and answered all my questions with enthusiasm and not a hint of pressure to buy.
The products arrived in perfect condition and well ahead of expected time, we are talking a couple of days as opposed to 3 weeks for their competitors. Their response to emails is great too, even on weekends.
I often won’t write reviews but I’ve noticed this site is lacking.
My postage was prompt, my perfume (sample) came in great condition and they even sent a sample of another.
Great service. Thanks Dune Perfumes Aus 🤍
Excellent range and truly fantastic service. I ordered and the items were dispatched within the hour. I received the items the next day (from NSW to QLD). Highly recommend!
I recently ordered a perfume from Dune perfumes. Delivery was quick and I was very satisfied with the product, which also came with a sample of another perfume.
Highly recommend Dune perfumes
Excellent service, arrived sooner than I expected and the product is reasonably priced .
Pretty fast delivery take about a week and a half in Melbourne oz , but I’ll tell you what you can’t beat the scents to re pretty strong in what you what out of a perfume , well done 👍🏻
Firstly made a mistake on my order with 3 fragrances and asked for 1 to get swapped out, they replied quickly and the swap was easy no need to cancel my order or anything.
Bought another 3 fragrances and asked for specific samples and they had given all that I've asked for and more! Shipping was super quick one day from Melbourne to Sydney.
Website has all the notes and easy to navigate through, dont hesitate to buy from here!
This company is hands down one of the absolute best companies that I have EVER had the experience of dealing with! I’ve now placed 3x separate orders a few weeks apart. And one of those orders was placed at 11pm at night. I did not expect to have shipping details sent within 15 minutes of placing my order, especially so late at night,
Today I returned again, thinking it may have just been a fluke, nope! Again, within placing another 2 separate orders, I received my shipping details/tracking numbers within 20 minutes! Both orders are already on the way to me with an expected delivery date of tomorrow (according to aus post)
I’ve ordered from other online fragrance shops to be waiting up to 2 weeks to even receive an update that my order has been shipped so I am definitely going to be using Dune from now on!!
Absolutely amazing service and turn around time!!!
Delicious – Absolute Banger
My first purchase from Dune was Emir Forbidden Sugar and even shortly after opening the box from its being in transit it smelled SO GOOD! This is just an amazing, sweet gourmand. Dune’s delivery was just two days and they were nice enough to enclose a sample of Qissa Pink. Note to Dune staff: thank you so much for the sample, it’s also just beautiful and I've got it on my 'To Buy' list (samples are just so appreciated).
