An email informed me of date and approximate time of delivery. A text gave me a 30 minute alert of arrival. The two men who delivered the bed were helpful, courteous and polite. Highly recommended

The customer service lady was fine but…

The customer service lady was fine but the order arrived about 3 weeks late. I can live with that, it happens. What really bothered me is that both men delivered the item to my bedroom as I would not have been able to carry it up the stairs by myself. One stayed in the room with me and the other went straight back down. When I went down, he was studying my security system. The man who was upstairs stole my large scissors which he borrowed to cut the plastic off the item. No apology for this was ever received and the scissors were never returned.

I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES…

I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT RETURNING MY 35.00 FOR MATTRESS UPLIFT. SINCE THE BED SUPPLIER CHANGED DELIVERY COMPANIES THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THERE WEBSITE WONT OPEN AS ITS COMING UP DANGEROUS SITE

Order not fully fulfilled

Delivery guys that arrived were lovely, however our headboard wasn't on the van and they had no note to say they were collecting the old bed base, despite me emailing for confirmation it was added to order and being told it was. Could not make contact with delivery company, attempted many times to call, on hold for an hour and cut off, emails sent and no response. Made contact with bed company and apparently a new delivery company has been employed to fulfil the delivery. Still awaiting rectification.

Didn't show up, company is a joke

They missed their confirmed delivery date and have been completely unresponsive with their tracking showing "TBC".

Their website states "We'll respond within 24 hours" to emails, this is a lie and they have never responded to me.

Their phone system is permanently on hold as they're "busy with other customers" and after 1 hour on hold it disconnects you which is disgusting (I attempted twice and same thing happened twice).

There's no delivery service and no customer support. This company is a joke. I will be avoiding any shop that uses them in the future.

DO NOT USE

Duo delivery were meant to deliver my bed and install it. However they lost my headboard and did not install anything. When I reached out to them they said they will issue me a refund for installation. That refund was not fulfilled. I reach out to them several times afterwards and the sender of my bed have also tried to contact them about the delivery of my headboard but they are ignoring my contact efforts. They are not a trustworthy company.

Avoid any company using Duo delivery services

Said they delivered between 3-7 working days.

Ordered ion Tuesday 11/11/25 as my disabled son had broken his bed and would have to sleep in the floor until the next bed arrived.

The bed company’s best case scenario delivery would be Friday 14/11/25 using the bed company’s time frame.

The worst case scenario would be delivery of the bed on Thursday 20/11/25 deliver using the bed company’s time frame.

Duo sent me a message on Thursday 20/11/25 stating they’d deliver Monday 24/11/25 - 2 working days outside the bed company’s promised time frame - and whilst I was working.

I cancelled the 24/11/25 delivery using their app and a phone call to Duo speaking to Ashley.

Ashley said she’d arranged delivery for Wednesday 26/11/25 late for the bed company’s promised time frame but my son is suffering and it was one of my last free days until Christmas.

They did not arrive in the 26/11/25 but sent me a message stating they would deliver between 5pm - 8pm on 27/11/25, my last day off work until after the Christmas period.

I waited in all day as Duo was coming across as very unreliable- what sort of company would use an unreliable delivery company? Birds of a feather and all that, I was concerned.

I kept checking where the delivery company was and noticed at just past 7pm Duo delivery company stated they had delivered the bed and headboard.

I went outside and looked around, nothing.

I phoned Duo, they’re closed.

I emailed Duo on the 06/11/25 to enquire why they stated they delivered the bed when they hadn’t.

Duo have still not answered why they lied stating they had delivered the bed 4 days ago.

Someone phoned me from possibly Duo, possibly the seller. Duo to the sellers Megan stating the seller contacted me when the only person on the phone said they were from Duo is concerning.

Are Duo and the seller the same company? That would explain the misleading phone call. Birds of a feather again.

Either way, Megan said they were unable to deliver the bed in my timeframe. . .

Those words shift the blame onto the purchaser.

Duo did not deliver the bed in the promised time frame and any delivery after the 20/11/25 is Duo breaching their contract with the seller of the bed and the seller contract with me to deliver by the 20/11/25 - 7 working days.

I cancelled my order with the seller.

Duo have sent me a message saying they will deliver the bed whilst I am at work.

I have messaged them stating that I have cancelled my order with the seller and I’m seeking a full refund due to non delivery of items purchased.

I have bought elsewhere and the bed is being collected by my brother at my request to the company after giving details of my son’s situation and how Duo and the company I purchased from have broken their contract with me.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They offer ZERO customer service. After waiting three weeks for our bed, we were given a delivery slot of 7am–10am, so I took half a day off work. At 09:57, we suddenly received an email saying the delivery had been changed to 1pm–5pm — when nobody would be home.

The courier company never returned a single call. The bed company themselves only spoke to me after three separate calls, because they wouldn’t call back. Their only “solution” was to leave the bed with a neighbour or dump it at the side of the house, but of course they also made it clear they wouldn’t take responsibility for anything going wrong.

Because of their complete incompetence, my 8-year-old son now has to sleep on the floor for three nights — and that’s if they even manage to deliver on time next attempt.

Absolutely atrocious service. Do not use this company.

Avoid companies that use this delivery company, they’re awful & not contactable!

Really really poor service with this company.
Were supposed to deliver two beds, day of arrival we got a call saying they only have 2 out of the 8 items.
This is a rental property we do not live at, 2nd day arrived and no word on when our remaining order will arrive. We have guests coming this weekend!
Your website gloats that customers wont be waiting long and I have been on hold for an hour now.
Really crappy service!

I bought a Hilton Orthopedic mattress…

I bought a Hilton Orthopedic mattress and am very impressed with it at the moment I would have given five stars but have only had it for a week. It has helped with my back pain in just a short period of time. The free delivery was fine although a delay of 3 hours no fault of the courier due to traffic issues the courier kept me informed and was polite and helpful when arrived.
