Super fast shipping, fairly priced parts, easy to use the website. Has all the information I needed before making the purchase. I’m building a 300 blk subsonic ar pistol for coyote hunting. I bought there 7.5” uppe,r it was shipped to my door in about a weeks time. Good quality, would definitely recommend to anyone getting into building your own stuff!

Part came incorrectly manufactured, how did it even passed inspection? But the cherry on top, I write a message about the issue and I ask about a solution, only to be left in the blue. Ended up sending the part to a Gunsmith to attempt fixing the issue.

Probably won’t order from here again…
I’m giving a bad review because yall took 4 days to even process my order, and didn’t process it until I sent a message and asked why i haven’t received any updates. Then you requested that it be moved from UPS to the postal service. It has now been seven days and the order just made it to my town/state.
THEN, you asked for a review when I haven’t even received the product yet. Work on your customer service. This is not a good look for business.
I also ordered some things from ar15discounts and it was at my front door in 3 days, even WITH a delayed shipping truck… highly recommend that website. 🙂

Thank you for sharing your experience Cody. Your order was placed on 6/18 (Thursday) and was shipped on 6/23 (two business days later).
On our website our checkout says "orders are shipped with 5-10 business days for standard shipping." We ship UPS (recently UPS is in a new contract with USPS - so depending on where you live and the route they control where the package goes and how long it takes). Unfortunately our company does not have any control of the package once it leaves our warehouse but the tracking number does give you an estimated date of arrival.
Our system automatically sends requests for reviews 14 days after the order was placed. We are sorry to hear that your package took so long to make it to you - This however is not a normal amount of time.

When sending any part like a BCG in the mail it should be put in a tube to protect it for sure when I received mine the box was torn and busted open and the BCG was out of its wrapping of the package of bubble wrap

You’s have the most inexpensive build kit I’ve seen. I got one last year and liked it enough for the money to get another one, but now they’ve actually gotten alot nicer!🤣 YMMV but you’ll definitely love it
