I was offered a lilac K84 for Christmas and I have been very pleased with the product. There was no miscommunication between the person who ordered and the company, the delivery went smoothly.
A member of my family recently ordered a D66, no problem with the company, the product was delivered with no issue. We’re located in Europe.
Omg! I am having a similar experience like other comments. Ordered my keyboard on October, no update no nothing even though I have been charged already. I sent them both emails and instagram message on their account but their was no reply. NOT A SINGLE ONE. I think I'm getting scammed.
Bought a keyboard on 30th of October, it was "in stock", not shipped to this day. They don`t reply to emails, won`t refund, terrible experience.
Similar to another poster, I have purchased an in stock keyboard in early October and have yet to get a confirmation that it has been shipped. Credit card has been debited but no news other than my order confirmation.
I reached out to both their emails as well as Facebook, I remain unanswered.
I bought a keyboard (that was showing 'In Stock') in the middle of October 2024. Up to this day my order is still unfulfilled. Tried to contact Dustsilver using two listed email addresses and their Discord - no answer. Stay away, don't waste your time and money.
I ordered a keyboard a couple of weeks ago. The order has been confirmed and money taken but nothing else is happening. I have tried to contact customer services and they have not responded! I hope if this product arrives it will be worth it!

This will be my second time purchasing from Dustsilver. The first I bought a keyboard, it came right on time and it came with a freebie that was included in a promotion they had at the time. The keyboard worked great but later one of the keys stopped working. I had gone through customer service. They asked for video proof and I quickly got a reply. They gave me a choice for a refund or to send a new keyboard. I chose to send a new keyboard because I like the quality. They sent me a new keyboard free of charge and I was genuinely satisfied with everything. I'm sure my case was rare, but how they handled it compared to other companies I worked with was admirable. Thank you!
I heard about Dustsilver from a friend, and was recommended to buy a keyboard as he deemed them as super high quality. Super fast delivery and I can definitely say the product has lived up to my expectations. Really good feeling and feels extremely high quality!
