Bought a pair of boots from here, the boots began come apart after trying them on. Began to message owner about a refund who then just stopped replying. Wouldn’t recommend

Thank you for your honest feedback.
We sold you a brand new pair without any defects. What is important to keep in mind is that we are not the manufacturer of the boots, we find classic and old pairs and resell them. The pair you have ordered was already over 10 years old.
As you can read in our FAQ, we make it clear that there is possibility that due to age boots can break or rip, which must happened in your situation. If this would have happened upon arrival we would have accepted a direct return. But you emailed us explaining that the boots got damaged after using them.
This is very unfortunate, but that risk is something you need to considerate when ordering. In case of such an unfortunate event, the customer is the one responsible. This is clearly explained in the product description and in the FAQ on our store.
For every order we have a full refund policy, as long as boots are unworn and returned within 14 days after arrival. This Policy is similar to every business in our niche.
We do understand that this can be frustrating, and we are sorry that we cannot give you the solution you would want. But we act genuine and have fulfilled our obligations.

To be very clear, we did not; unfortunately, this is a false statement.
All our boots have undergone a thorough inspection of quality, functionality and condition to determine the level of condition required to meet our strict standards. They have also been checked to ensure authenticity and are 100% genuine.
You emailed us this same message as well, which we have refuted already by showing you the Art Codes that are on the boot and on the shoebox. We never sell fakes.

I agree, We decided to solely work with DHL Express on shipping to the USA due to experiencing very long delays in customs when we tried other Shipping partners. Due to inflation, the Prices went up a little, but at least we can guarantee Shipping to the USA within 4 days :) Thanks again and enjoy the Magistas mate!

]I couldn't find the boot in North America, but Dutch Boot Collector had it and shipped extremely fast. Very happy with my purchase.

Not a trusted seller
Not a trusted seller. My wife bought boots from them which ripped so easily after one use. Absolutely not worth the money she spent. I can't even get a refund with their ridiculous policy. Would never recommend.
