An excellent service
Duty Refunds processed my refund efficiently and at a low cost. The made reclaiming the Export Duty easy, I don't think I could have faced all the bureaucracy myself. They kept me regularly informed of the progress of my claim. Altogether can't be faulted an excellent great value service.

I was unsure the first time I tried Duty Refunds but can 100% Recommend them. Very helpful and friendly communication. They have helped me a number of times now. Just be sure to supply all the supporting documents for your case.

Easy to use and very efficient
Easy to use and very efficient, fee well worth it in my opinion. After looking into getting duties refunded it did seem to be a bit of a minefield, then I found Duty Refunds, from there it was a breeze.
Got payment back in less than a week after they had confirmed the claim was successful.
Will use again if the need arises.
