All my orders with DX Collectables have been great. Pricing is competitive (especially pre-orders!) and items are always packaged safely and arrive in a timely manner.

Board games have become a passion for me these last few years and finding DX Collectables was probably my best find and not just because I liked their prices (I do) and the discounts/rewards (which are great) but my games are always packed well, sent out quickly and Nathan is always helpful on the chats. That’s what customer service is meant to be and that’s why they get 5 stars from me.

Amazing price!
Amazing price! Figures arrived in perfect condition. Their pre-order prices are hard to beat and if you get a sale on top of that you can’t go wrong.

Easy experience. Good pricing. Timely and helpful communication when corresponding. In particular my dealing with Nathan was great. It was regarding a pre-order item and the timeframes, where he helped me with the information I requested and with splitting an order.
