Delays with no contact
My pre-order was delayed, and with no notice until I contacted to chase it up. The new committed date was missed with no comms until I chased it again.

Helpful staff and good products
Really good, good service, staff respond to emails, only problem i had was my statue was delayed to the warehouse. Just had to be patient. (:

Tip top, would buy again
Really great experience buying from DX - they’re quick to respond to email enquiries, really friendly staff who go the extra mile. Figure was really safely packaged and delivered quickly, with frequent delivery updates via email.
Would definitely buy again.

Great experience, Wonderful people
They took care of me on an item that wasn't readily available and sent it to the states.
I do check their site from time to time for things I can't find anywhere else.
