Nice box. 10 out of 10 for packaging.
Not easy to read instructions where it was white on turquoise.
Could not send the sample back free of charge as it seems to be US internal mail only.
Added cost which we did not expect.

I have taken the nutrition and fitness DNA tests and learned a lot about myself from those stand points. I took the ancestry test but it only gave me basic information I already knew. I know that I am of European ancestry I was hoping to pin point to which European countries to specifically dive in further from there.

I really like this company. I used to visit Farmers Park in Springfield a lot and would always see their sign. I’ve ordered two tests now and received results for one. I will say I’m happy with the results of the first test. I’m leaving two stars because I’ve emailed the info@ address multiple times and have received no response.

I never got my package and then the orders email didn't work. This is obviously a scam.

I found things went good so far bu a little slow

My view:-

I am originally from Mauritius of mixed ancestry. I have a known ancestor from Madagascar which will make that person a mixture from African and Philippines.

The results are too vague. Just name of regions. You could have mentioned the countries within that region.

I have tested with the major companies such as 23andme, Ancestry, Myheritage, familytreeDNA, defunct National Geographic.

My MtDNA is very close to most of them which is V1a and my YDNA is R-FT248440 coming from the lineage of R-L1335.

I hope in the near future there will be a central agency with all the different variants and that would help to be more precise for the people.

Excellent product. Very easy to use and to understand results. Plus, you get your results back quickly.

It was poor turn around time for testing.

Was great for what I received from you however it is less than I expected. I need info that can be put in a data bank for research. TY.

I received no email or directions directing me to the results of my test. Instead, I had to click and look around going through eight steps to find the test results. I am disappointed with the results. They are very generic. I have taken seven other DNA tests and they are much more specific. I am Scots-Irish and English and some tell me where my family emigrated from in Scotland to Northern Ireland to the United States with excellent graphics. I had hoped to go deeper into my heritage and this one doesn't tell me much more. The Y-chromosome write-up is fairly good and having the test results in a PDF format is good. Otherwise, I rate you as a "C," maybe C minus.

Thanks for my completed results I was worried about my DNA saliva sample failing from a lack of DNA like my Living DNA sample. But, it pulled through successfully thank goodness 😅. Look forward to any updates that come along with this company so, keep me posted. Thanks again, Darren T.

I was disappointed in how my results were given. I didn’t find out anything that I didn’t already know. I think it’s just a fancy way to sell you vitamins

I am so excited to start eating right with confidence. The in depth nutrition report has given me a deeper understanding of my body and the changes I will need to make for my health.

Not what I was expecting at all. Not what I was sold. All I received back was vitamin suggestions with the option to purpose.

Told me nothing. Just used for upsells of their other products. Test “results” must be viewed on a computer, not a phone.

The fitness package i got was simple and easy to use. But on the contrary the information o got from it was far from simple. Great work made easy and able to understand in the ways it was written helped me understand easier what to do and how to do it to my strengths and weaknesses.
