Terrible experience

Imposter but my fault

Good product but backlog delays
The order was shipped late due to backlog issues. The company reimbursed me for the express shipping as a result and I received the product 2 weeks after placing order. The company paid to expedite shipping when the product was replenished. The product works very well.
