If I could give a zero I would.
I bought from their store and after setting up our equipment, the products did not work as expected, we did everything we could to resolve it, but couldn’t.
When I requested to return the product, they refused, so eventually we agreed to take a replacement.
The same issue occurred, and still, the team refused us a refund, even though the product was in new condition and could absolutely be sold again.
Shocking customer service, would not recommend buying from them whatsoever.

Bought cbt pro 90 functional trainer, great machine, very happy. Gym for 20 plus yrs and this machine does everything u need and quality made. Duncan at brendale store was most helpful, 1000 questions and tried out showroom trainer out for hours.🤣
Turnaround was amazing, pick up machine and installed next day. Installer Bryce did fantastic work with precision and knowledge. Highly recommend full team at dynamo fitness brendale. Big thanks azza.💪👌

Friendly service, good deals and wide range. Purchased a lot of equipment from them and am very satisfied. Would recommend, so glad I found them! Gym downstairs is hectic equipped as well!
