There are customer service people and then there’s Ruby!
Auto correct helpfully ruined my delivery address for my International Driving Permit and I thought that money was down the drain.
Ruby didn’t just fix the address, she calmed my concerns and reassured me that everything was easily solved.
Ruby, in short, is fantastic at her job and I can’t thank her enough for looking after me.

I recently used the IDPA website to obtain my International Driving Permit and the whole process was surprisingly smooth.
The application was very easy to complete and the website is clear and user-friendly. I received the digital version quite quickly after submitting my details, which was very helpful as I needed it for an upcoming trip.
The physical booklet and card were also sent out promptly. Everything looked professional and well prepared.
Overall, a reliable service and much easier than dealing with paperwork in person. I would definitely recommend IDPA to anyone who needs an international driving permit quickly and without complications.
