Ethical Addictions Coffee Roasters Avis

Fantastic coffee! EA is local to me so walked up and picked up my order. Great service also. Definitely will be buying again.

Excellent quality and choice of beans. Having environmentally sound option around packaging, sourcing and supply is the USP though.

Great product, ethically sourced and efficiently deliverey.

I love the taste of this coffee, I am a big fan of coffee, but also a fussy drinker, this coffee really hits the aaaaahhhhh spot. I bought decaf because want to drink more coffee, without the affects of too much caffeine and I can honestly say it’s very good. The selling point for me was the Swiss water decaf process and no nasty chemicals. Happy days.

Seen a handful of reviews marking down ea for courier faults; personally had one incident with couriers not delivering on time and after contacting ea they resolved the issue right there and then and sent out a new order of coffee by hand delivering it themselves.

Just pick up a phone and they will help!

Always friendly, make great coffee and are welcoming with open arms when ever I’ve swung by the roastery.

Exceptional knowledge in the area and just great people in general.

Love this company, they sell a great product with amazing customer service. Their coffee beans are fantastic & I just love everything about the way they care about the farmers who produce the beans, to caring about their customers here. Can"t rate them high enough!

Really good coffee; fast delivery, well packaged.

Delivery was prompt. Coffee was excellent and knowing it is ethically sourced makes the experience a satisfying one. Many thanks. Margaret H

Prompt delivery - taste NOT disappointing!

Instant response to my query, meant I could order appropriate coffee by return.
The coffee is exceptional. Will purchase larger quantity with next order.

Good coffee, swift delivery. Reasonable price. I love reading Ian's newsletters and knowing that the company is doing so much to help the coffee growers, especially those in Africa. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

They delivered my order to Roots cafe, Kingsholm so it was easy to pick up. I really love their coffee and the staff and service have been consistently excellent.

This is a great coffee roaster. I've just begun a monthly subscription for a kilo of beans - turn around was quick, beans taste great, and looking forward to trying out some new beans from EA Coffee in the coming months. Importantly, the packaging is eco-friendly and it's great how easy it is to find proof of the direct link to the coffee farms overseas.

Grat tasting coffee and delivered the next day

There was a mix up with the item and they were really good in sorting it out immediately. Highly recommend them, very good service.

The 2 types of decaf I have purchased are delicious and I received the coffee a day after I placed the order.

Great service as always from a very friendly and helpful team. The coffee is great and we wouldn't think of buying from anywhere else.

Our local store stocks this decaffeinated coffee and I love it! So often decaf tastes sour (not sure if that's the right description) but this really does live up to its description of chocolatey. It means I can have a coffee later in the day than I would with caffeine, and I feel great after it. Thank you for this - really pleased to have found it.

Fantastic coffees, fast delivery. My only criticism is with regard to roasting time, the coffee has been roasted about 3 weeks prior to the purchase so by the time I got the parcel it was already almost a month past a roasting date. Not ideal but still acceptable and probably this sped up delivery time.

Good coffee. A hiccup with the delivery was rectified the next day
