Sophie, Chloe and Wendy from Eaglecliff have all gone above and beyond from day 1. Communication has been excellent and I have been kept up to date at every stage of the process from initial interview through to onboarding. My request for some contract changes to strengthen the IR35 position was handled perfectly, and a revised contract was issued in days. Once onboard with the client I was keen to invoice to confirm the process and the team were more than happy to accommodate this. Needless to say this is the 1st time in 13 years of contracting the 1st invoice was processed without issue. Cannot fault the team, have no issues at all in recommending them.
