Eagle Star LED Avis 20

They have not responded to half a dozen emails and three phone calls.
Item purchased has not been received almost a month later.
Do not buy from this company.

i bought a led light,it lasted 2 months before 2 rows of lights burned out now going on 2 years later i cant get any service after sending everything they asked for,the customer service sucks

Light seems well made and bright. Controls and screen are super simple. I reached out with a help question and was impressed at the quickness to which they responded. Very happy with my choice of going with Eaglestar.

Great service all the way around. From delivery to delivery updates and even customer service when we talked on the phone.

I placed an order on 5/27, I got an email back saying the 150 are sold out and they could send us the 100 on 5/27. I asked how long the 150 will be sold out and never got a response on 5/31, I have now asked for a refund on 6/9.

Hi my name is tony when I received the light I opened it up it’s all their but their was nothing to tell you how you should use light distance from the plant hour many hours you need it to run wether I should use it at a hundred percent bye happy with everything else I would recommend them

Ordered six lights one didn’t work had to pay to fix myself. And now switch is broke. Said they would send me new one I can pay someone to put that in to I guess.

The overall experience was good I wish they used UPS I mean FedEx or CVPS and had discreet packaging instead of having LED lights grow lights written all over the box other than that I’m happy with the product and then thank you

Love the light and the different settings especially the timer, plus the light coverage is awesome

I received my item today. The item was very well packed, was easy to assemble and seems well made. I am my plants are very happy!

There was a mixup with the tracking numbers, but their customer service was very responsive; they reached out to me the same day, and sent multiple follow up texts to ensure I was happy. The light itself is awesome, and if this is the kind of customer service I can expect, I'll definitely be buying from these guys again.

This is the best light I have found so far ! Easy to set up, easy to use, durable construction for many years of service. I have had other lights but this by far exceed them in quality !

Eagle star makes a great product ,and provide customer assistance if needed , they are using meanwell drivers and Samsung diodes , I'm very impressed with it's output.

So far so good. The light has all my plants very happy at 80%

I would never buy from this company ever again. Worst customer service experience ever. no shipping options. No return policy so expect to get took. Package came from FedEx a week and a half later, opened with holes and banged up. Instant regret. Best to buy from trusted brands and skip eaglestar.
