Eaglever Avis 42

First the order site duplicated my order and they instantly took the money from my account. I have been emailing them repeatedly to cancel the extra order THAT THEY GENERATED and get my money back. They have NO phone number to call and refuse to make this right. I dont believe there even is a product they will ship.

Ordered the pet hair removal mitten which did arrive, eventually. It kind of works - when it doesn’t slip off my hand. I thought it would be a tighter fit and be more substantial (thicker). I paid twice as much for this product (over AUD $20) compared to similar offerings so am disappointed with Temu-like quality at a premium price 😞

I ordered one package of two hooks. Before I realized what happened, I apparently was upordered an additional 4 hooks. I contacted them immediately. However, I was told it was too late, the order had already gone through.
I did receive 6 hooks.
That was on February 6th,
Every day since then I have tried to contact them.
There has been no response.
I believe they have also taken down their website.
I would suggest NOT doing business with this company.

Ordered 2 items never received.
Was promised a refund never received.
They are telling me that a refund was processed but can't show me any proof. I can show proof never received.

Do not trust Ada do not buy from the company

Seen an advert on fb for a steampunk watch,like a nixie watch, its was priced at $87:45 USD, paid via PayPal, advert claimed fast delivery 7 days to the United kingdom, over the 'weeks' (not 7 days!) I had emails with tracking updates, showed as in transit across the USA, after 2 weeks waiting,I messaged customer support,a recieved and automated generic reply with more tracking information, this went on and on,I decided to contact PayPal and open a case, because the tracking said cleared customs in the uk, but customer service would not provide me with the uk tracking information, after contacting PayPal,I recieved a response from the seller with additional new tracking number! Not the original number,this tracking showed the item in China,not even in the uk, the advertising said made in the USA etc,I knew then that I had been scammed, today on the 09/02/2026,I have received an absalutely horrendous cheap watch,nothing at all like the retro one advertised,ive currently contacted PayPal and forwarded all the screen shots/photos and emails,to show that I have been totally mislead by this company, do not purchase from them,you will be stung!!!!

I placed an order for hair clips with EagleEver. They offered different "sets" of different colors and number of clips at different price levels. I tried to order only one set of 4 clips. I ordered through PayPal which normally requires a final review of the order before processing but this didn't happen and the final order screen just appeared, showing I had purchased not only a set of 4 clips but also the deluxe set of 8 clips for the highest price! I would avoid buying anything from this company. Even if they refund this extra order to me, who wants to spend the time and effort to try to get their money back? Any company that does what they did is clearly not trustworthy or deserving of any business.

Ordered on 12/31. Notified that label had been cancelled. Unable to get any satisfaction from company. I’ve been charged for product but can’t get any answers. Would like to get my money back but no one responding. Wondering if I got scammed so beware when ordering

I'm still waiting for two items I've ordered. It takes forever to receive them. I ordered snowflake tools and a leaf blower. I received small blower but waiting on other items. I ordered snowflake screw driver over a month ago. No way to contact you.
