Personally I feel very secure in everything you do for all my properties and my business.
I have been sending you customers for a long time to take care of as well and they have always given great feedback about your quotes and services. However, a recent referral felt the quotes were very high in comparison with two others that were called (very reliable sources) and your explanation was not broken down in enough detail for the customer to understand the options given. They chose to go elsewhere to get insurance even after I helped explain what you shared with me.

E&L is the best insurance agency I have dealt with
I have used E&L for 2-3 years now, and I have been very impressed. Prior insurance agencies provided nowhere near the level of attention I get from E&L. For example, every year property insurance must be renewed, and it is expensive here in SoFL. Without me even asking, E&L contacts me and says they are looking at all the available options to advise me on choosing, instead of defacto "renew with your current provider." I really appreciated that. Other agencies I was never even able to reach to discuss these things, much less them proactively just doing it.
