First appointment this morning, absolutely first class service and result, would highly recommend Peter and his services

I had ear wax removal for the first time last weekend .Peter explained what he would be doing, which helped to put me at ease. It was good to see a photo of my ears before the wax was removed and then again afterwards. I didn't feel any pain at all and my hearing is really clear and good now . I highly recommend Peter and will definitely go back to him again in future, for ear wax removal .

I have an 18 year old autistic son and I was so worried about how he would cope. As he is a situational mute and can get very agitated. Peter was absolutely amazing with him. What I loved is he spoke directly to him and not me! Even though he didn’t always get an answer back. He was valued in that appointment and that meant the world to me.. His ears were extremely blocked and beautifully clean by the time Peter had finished. Thank you so much Peter. You are a true professional!

Peter clearly knows what he is doing. I had a pretty bad wax problem - it's normally an unpleasant, painful procedure. It was more-or-less pain-free. I could barely hear anything out of my right ear, and now it is fine again. Peter's an affable, chatty man, and, thanks to him, I am now back to normal. Oh, and this was on a Saturday, too - he puts himself out there, at inconvenient times, in order to help his clients. Fantastic!

Peter and his team provide a great professional and friendly service, along with a very quick turn around time and availability for appointments. I highly recommend them to anybody who is experiencing issues with ear wax blockage.

After trying to use the NHS nurse at Lodge Moor Surgery, where having prepared my ears for over a week, I was told the appointment was for inspection only and to come back 8 days later - I met Nicole the next day.
She was like a breath of fresh air.
She explained the problem. Set about a thorough cleaning of both ears and left me able to hear clearly.
I will recommend her to everyone I know and come back regularly to prevent further build up of wax.

The hospital staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was seen by Nicola bang on time. She explained very clearly what the procedure involved and then carried it out with great care and professionalism. She even made the whole experience fun. When I emerged into the beautiful grounds of the hospital, I was aware of a whole symphony of birdsong.

Fitted me in next day with Nicole and all sorted with dry vacuum etc. Great. Much better then the alternative at GP which would need two weeks of olive oil use first - not really comparable with hearing aids.
