Really pleased with the service the gentleman that did my procedure made me feel at ease was really helpful and did a great job I can now ear thank you ( you sorted my sons Shane ears out and did a great job would recomend to anyone

The lady I saw was very good explained everything regarding my earring aids and made me very relaxed she gave me demo ones to try I thought that was a good idea too see how they felt and how I got on with them with that I purchased them I am so pleased with the full experience from start to finish the customer service was very good nothing was to much trouble for her answered all my questions very professionally

I had a lovely young woman and she was so kind and considerate. Kept asking if I needed anything, made me feel so comfortable. Even offered a free follow-up. Also managed to fit me in last minute, very grateful.

Excellent visit from start to finish.
First class service. Very profesional and thorough. Ear wax removal was painles and a very pleasant experience mainly down to the positive and "can do" attitude.
Would recomend this service to anyone, just a shame its ony rated up to 5 stars as I would have given the experience 10 out of 10.
