The Willows Avis 

Attended The Willows slightly apprehensive since we had never had similar treatment before. We didnt need to worry. The reception was welcoming, helpful and reassuring. The treatment was careful, thorough and accompanied by a very informative narrative. Thoroughly recommend anybody to go and check out this clinic.

I wanted a second opinion and Issy was absolutely brilliant. She took plenty of time to make sure she didn’t irritate and already blocked ear. She gave lots of good advice about aftercare too. I’ll definitely use again.

Issy was incredibly helpful. I wasn't sure if I had blocked ears but have been suffering with a lot of sinus pain so wanted to get them checked. Issy very quickly established that the external canal was clear on both sides. She gave me lots of advice about how to try to clear the eustachian tube which I am now following. Would definitely recommend visiting Issy if you have any ear problems. Very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service and expert advice. I didn’t have an ear wax problem
in the end instead it was a Eustachian tube problem and I felt I was in brilliant hands and was amazing value. I was seen at short notice too which I really appreciated as I was about to take a long flight broad. Five stars all round!

I booked with The Willows as I was experiencing blocked ears, reduced hearing, dizziness and nausea.
Issy is very friendly and professional, having never attended an Ear Hygiene Clinic before, she immediately put me at ease and explained everything clearly. I didn't have any wax to remove, so was charged a reduced rate as stated on the website pricing, but Issy gave me loads of advice and useful info to help clear up the problem I am having.

A first visit, put at ease immediately and great service.
