Very helpful on the phone, excellent paint. The professional decorators who did the whole exterior in white masonry paint were doubtful at first but then converted. Still white white after 2+ years... Voir plus

What great products! Earles masonry paint is easy to mix with the provided clear instructions. Easy to apply provided you stir frequently as it falls out of suspension quickly. Ensure you use a good flat brush (limewash brush ideal) don't attempt to apply with roller it doesn't work. Will be using again for sure. It smells good enough to eat, although probably not recommended.
The limewash has a great consistency and flows from the brush nicely. Plinth and window ledges now revived!

Excellent products and excellent serviceI had ordered three products from Earls…
I had ordered three products from Earls paint one of the items I had ordered was wrong this was my mistake. I rang the company and explained my mistake. They immediately changed the order for me and within days I received my amended order. No fuss no problems that is excellent customer service which you rarely see these days. The products are also excellent. Why would you purchase from any where else? Excellent products excellent service

Our Claypaint is handmade to order and in busy periods, we do have a production queue for our Claypaint and also other products which are not on hand ready for despatch. A great product
A great product! Follow the instructions and and you will get outstanding results. Just be aware that the first coat goes everywhere, so cover up well! A warning about this in the application guide would be useful.

We don supply a limewash brush which we think helps stop some of the paint splashing, but we value all customer feedback and we will take your comments onboard and ammend our application guidelines when we get a chance to update them.

Can’t fault product, delivery provider was a let down
The product (linseed oil gloss in heritage white) is fantastic. Beautiful colour, easy to use, added boiled linseed oil as one of the suggested methods for use as a primer. Great product information and instructions. Can’t fault this product and would definitely buy again and recommend. The despatch from order confirmation was quick and good communication.
The delivery provider was Royal Mail, they tried multiple times to deliver during the day whilst I was at work. I provided details if out to deliver to a neighbour but this was ignored. I redirected the delivery to my local post office, this took 5 working days. Eventually I got the product but disappointing delivery service. Consider an alternative shipping provider that offer better service. Would be a 5 star rating otherwise.

We use multiple couriers to deliver our parcels and unfortunately they can all let themselves down from time to time. Very poor customer service
I am testing paints for a sizable DIY project (3 outbuildings). I liked the look of Earles and ordered a sample. Sample arrived and seemed to be a completedy different shade. I took a photograph and sent a query email to the 'enquires' email address on the Earles website. Two weeks have now passed with no reply, not even an acknowledement of the email. I can't hold the project any longer and will purchase my paint from another (bigger) brand. I was really keen to give Earles a go, but if they can't even get the basics right...

We can on apologise for not returning your initial email. We have been extremely busy since easter and it looks like your email must have slipped through the net.
We would advise customers who are experiencing any product issues to email and perhaps give us a quick call if they haven't heard back from us in a day or two. We hope that your project goes well with the paint you have chosen to use.

Shambles… Ended up cancelling order
Order some paint, in what I thought was plenty of time… had to keep chasing it and long story short, they hadn’t even sent it even anfter several emails and call… so I ended up cancelling the order!

We are sorry that you felt that you had to cancel your order in this instance and can only apologise that we didn't meet your expectations. We have been extremely busy since Easter and we are working hard to fulfil all our customer orders.
Generally our paints are hand-made to order with stock at hand for our most popular colours. In this instance, the material you required had run out due to high demand and we had to schedule a new batch into our production calendar.
All our customers are extremely important to us and we are disappointed that we were not able to fulfil your order in this instance and that you were able to source a suitable material from another manufacturer.
