This is my second purchase from Krishna at Ears Decor. I really enjoyed working with her, she is so patient, kind and does everything necessary to make sure you get your jewellery exactly how you want it. The earrings I worked with her on were a bespoke design as I wanted a low-sitting 4-prong martini style setting. Although they were made around a year apart, they look exactly the same and the quality and workmanship is excellent. The stones, which I asked to be certified, are extremely sparkly, and display beautiful fire. I am delighted with my earrings and would not hesitate to recommend Ears Decor.

Ordered the earrings on line and was a bit sceptical as my partner had bought me a pair for Xmas from a well known company and l was very disappointed with the size and packaging.
Saw the earrings on line and like the look of them.
Must admit ears decor were brilliant sent me a pdf of the earrings showing me all the dimensions before they even started to make them to make sure l was happy with everything.
The earrings have arrived and l absolutely loved them would definitely recommend this company they do every thing to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

I was a bit sceptical ordering from earsdecor at first but thought I’d try them. There was an initial issue with the metal manufacture but the team stayed in touch all the way through and ensured the delivery was here in time for Xmas. Very pleased with the earrings and customer support.

Received a pair of diamond hoop earrings I purchased for my wife and the entire process has been such a great experience. I thought they would just get dispatched but they are actually made to order to my specific requirements and at each stage I got updates, photos, videos and CAD drawings.
When they arrived they were sent in a leather pouch to keep them safe and protected.
My wife is over the moon and the are so sparkly I am sure they will not be coming off, well until I buy another set I guess?

Absolutely gorgeous earrings - the design is delicate and elegant and the sparkle of the lab grown diamonds is every bit as stunning as the natural diamonds I own and a fraction of the cost. Krishna’s communication through the process was amazing and I really appreciated the updates as the order progressed - she sent me photos and messages to confirm that I was happy with the end product. Very happy with the results and I will definitely be ordering again
