Bought these as came with money back guarantee. However never received and don’t reply to emails. Found a number for them on my banking app when I clicked on the transaction, however this number doesn’t belong to them!

These earplugs do nothing and are completely useless. It is just a scam product. Dont buy. Temu has something similar for about$3 BTW!

They don't work and customer service wouldn't respond to multiple attempts to return

Total RUBBISH cheap Chinese quality. DO NOT waste your money. Money back guarantee is a lie because you cannot contact them!! So disappointing. Save your money

These are just cheap Chinese rubbish that don’t work or do anything, don’t waste your time . The 100 day money back guarantee makes you feel safe. But you will not be able to contact the company to get a refund. Total scammers

I purchased the earplugs. They do not work. I cannot get in touch with the company to get a refund. I tried them for one night and could hear everything going on. Now there is no way to get in touch with customer service. it looks like the website and everything has basically disappeared. Except for the ordering process. But no communication process at all. Do not buy these you will not like them.

Ordered on September 9th, 2025 and receipt confirmation of order but still nothing has shipped and there is no way of contacting customer service. Will be trying to get a refund through my credit card as it looks like they took the money and ran :(

I have purchased from Earship in the past and had no problems at all however I have placed another order and it would appear that there is now no contact available. I have received a receipt of the order but no shipment notices. Not looking too hopful.

They doesnt exist.. dont buy because you will never ger anything and no answer to emails and no refund!! Fake fake fake fake!!! Dont buy

Took far too long to be delivered. No response to messages. When they finally did arrive they didn't block out any noise.... don't waste your money...I feel like I've been scammed

I don't think these Earship blockers work at all. And I have been trying to reach the company for a return, but they have gone dark. Even the return page on their site is inactive. Don't trust this company,

I never received the order. The shipment is unavailable. No registered track from Royal Mail, thatI paid for. I send 4 emails, no replay at all and the contact us page is giving not found error( 404) It is a scam. I raised a dispute for the transaction with my bank.

I placed this order April 21st. They took my money and it has been waiting for pickup since April 24th. They will not respond to emails on a refund or why my shipment ha Snot been sent. Do not purchase from this company

Big zero. The shipment was not received. I contacted Earship 4 times and they never respond. Ended up having to do a dispute through credit card company. I imagine it's pretty difficult to get your money back for their so-called "guarantee"

The earplugs actually work, however the price is a joke. I purchased 2 pairs last year under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free for $35 so $17 a pair. Still a lot for a bit of Chinese plastic but like I say, they worked.
Saw them advertised today on Facebook $130 with 50% off so $65 dollars a pair, although you do get a 2nd pair so called FREE. Basic marketing, when you sell something as bland as earplugs, you charge less and sell more !

I love them. First night I slept soundly in ages. They fit, and work amazingly well. I can hear but everything is muffled, including the snoring! I don’t quite understand how they work, buti am very happy with them. Very pleased.

Finally a solution to blocking out the sound of snoring! After many years of trying various products on the market, I am sceptical about anything that says it works, as it rarely does. But I still try, just in case the next one does what it says it will do, and I'm so glad I did! Excellent earplugs and comfortable too. I rarely write reviews but this company deserves all its 5 stars!

With the offer, way more cost effective, and sound blocking than loop!

But now I can finally get a good nights sleep next to my partner who snores like a race horse haha!

It came with 4 size options, and took a little while to figure out how to insert them correctly, but now the fit is truly perfect for me.
