earthbreeze.co.uk Avis

Other companies take note. This company as well as have a very good ecological product has its. Customer satisfaction is high on their list as well. They missed a request from me to delay my usual shipment. Not only did they sort the mistake out to my complete satisfaction they went to the trouble of pointing out part of their delivery programme which appears to suit my requirements better. A trustworthy company in my opinion. I use their laundry product as a customer and have no connection with them otherwise.

I have just received my first pack of washing sheets and so far so good. I'm using half a sheet for my small loads and it does seem to clean as well as usual detergent. No mess either which must be better for the washing machine too. The cost does seem expensive but in the long run is probably not too different to buying usual detergent and Conditioner and being greener.
I did have a problem setting up my account and accessing it so I sent an email through their Contact page. I had a very nice email back advising me that my account was now working - and indeed it was.

Love the product, smells beautiful and great customer service. Totally recommend.

Earth Breeze are a great company to deal with. They respond quickly and efficiently if you have any questions.
I had a query about an order and it was dealt with straight away.

Excellent product (Just make sure you store it in a water proof box.... I lost a hole packet when I spilled water on it!) It works really well and takes up so much less space. Really helpful, prompt and cheerful customer service.

Earth breeze have been excellent, I love the washing sheets which perform brilliantly on sweaty teenagers ,oily adults and doggy blankets and much more ......don't even need softener with them. More expensive than average products but far more planet friendly and they offer great value if you subscribe which I did . Great customer service when due to financial problems I needed to cancel my subscription......prompt response and brilliant service.
Thankyou.

Have just finished using my first pack of earth breeze and have no complaints about the clothes being clean etc however I have noticed that the rubber seal around the door of my washing machine has a yellow hue to it since I started using the sheets.
I have managed to clean most of it off however it has left a small line around the door seal.
Has anyone else noticed this on their washing machine rubber door seal?

This product is great.. No nonsense, easy to use, does what it says, easy to store.. What's not to like!! I have been fed up having boxes of washing capsules, bottles of laundry liquid etc clogging up my small kitchen but now I just have a slim cardboard wallet which holds enough wash sheets for a month! It works as well as any of the usual brands - much gentler smell but I don't want my washing to smell of some thing just to be clean!
Excellent, friendly customer service sorted out a small divery problem I had very quickly listening to what I was asking and checking with me about the result. Excellent all round and really reduced my plastic use!!

Great idea but not great on smell. I purchased the scented sheets expecting the clothes to have a hint of freshness. Nothing, so on next wash added 2 sheets expecting a better result, although not good from a cost perspective! Still nothing. I have no idea if the washing has been thoroughly cleaned as I can't smell any freshness on the clothes. Won't be buying it again unfortunately unless it improves.

Brilliant customer service, very responsive, and the washing powder works well and has a lovely scent. And it's good for the environment !!

My order failed to arrive and after three emails I have had no response from Earthbreeze and no refund. Such a shame that the customer service is so poor as I did like the product. I won’t be able to order again, obviously because of this. Why Earthbreeze? Why?

Great customer service!

I was impressed that they dealt with a problem I had with an order really quickly including a rapid refund for a smaller order I hadn't intended alongside my bulk order of a year's supply. Fantastic product too!

I have been using earthbreeze for about four months now and am loving it. It smells fresh and cleans my clothes properly. I have enjoyed using their
Products and as I love them so
Much I had recently added dishwasher tablets too and I’m sure they’ll be just as good. It feels
Good making a difference to stop the plastic in the world, thank you

Amazing customer service - I sent an enquiry and got a super fast and really helpful response.
Just completed my first month of using this product which I am impressed with so far - especially since I have a baby so there are some very tough stains to clean! Possibly could do with a little extra strength on that side of things but then it wouldn’t be such a wonderful product if it had all of the harsh chemicals in, it’s all about balance!

I am eagerly awaiting my first delivery of laundry sheets, but I am already bowled over by the fantastic customer service. It speaks volumes about a company and their products when the customer service is a dream. Thanks Earthbreeze 💚

The product is very good. You don’t need extra softener. I use both scent and fragrance free. My partners work clothes sometimes get dirty despite wearing overalls, mainly the cuffs and they wash up well. I have sensitive skin so I use the fragrance free, but once used the scented in error and didn’t react at all. The customer service is amazing

I love earthbreeze laundry sheets. Works well at washing and on stains. Hardly takes up any room in the cupboard and NO plastic. Would love for it to be available at supermarkets and maybe more people would buy it. Won’t be buying any other detergent from now on. I’m converted.

The eco-sheets are an excellent product in every way. I experienced a major computer glitch when ordering, which Joshua, from their customer services team, resolved immediately and very much in my favour. I will never buy a plastic bottle of washing liquid again.

Somehow I made a mistake and set up three accounts, I contacted customer services who sorted everything out and refunded me . I love your products and your customer service team are a credit to your company. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

Super helpful and really polite!! Got my issue solved immediately and gave a welcome discount! Finally we can save money and save the planet!!! 🌎💞
