I have used EaseFix for multiple jobs…

I have used EaseFix for multiple jobs now and they have always been very accurate and reliable when it comes to receiving work. I’ve personally been dealing with Kash who is very proactive and puts my needs and thoughts at the forefront of his mind. Not only this but I have always been paid on time and I would not hesitate to pick another job up from EaseFix. There are not many reliable workplaces out there anymore but this certainly is one. Massive well done and keep up the good work.👍

Lied about speed of reply, 20+ days with no quote

They repeatedly said during the call how quickly they are to reply. It has been over 20 days, and I'm still waiting for the same quote. Five email follow-ups haven't helped either. Very disappointing. They also display a 5-star rating in their marketing material, which they clearly don't have.

Straight forward app and simple and…

Straight forward app and simple and easy to work with the team at Easefix.
The enquiries come through WhatsApp. Submit a quote its as simple as that.
If the job is accepted then I receive client details and arrange date and time to carry out the job.Pictures taken before and after and submitted with the invoice. Payment is generally 14days from invoice.

Happy to recommend.

NON PAYMENT OF INVOICES

I have repeatedly requested payment from Andy Murphy at Easefix for plumbing work that was carried out at 2 rental properties for work totalling £170 but have received no payment. The quote was agreed , invoices presented but no payment received. TRADESMEN BEWARE !

These invoices have now been paid 11/07/25

I find it simple and easy to work with the team at Easefix.
I receive enquiries via WhatsApp. I check my availability and provide a quote.
If the job is accepted both sides then I receive client details and I go complete the job.
I invoice and then receive payment in 14 days.
It's a smooth process.

Experience as tradesman working for Easefix

I'm writing to help reassure other trades contacted by Easefix as there are some negative reviews out there. My company is real and can be found online by searching Anlo Home Improvements.

I was contacted by Easfix to do a Job at an Esso Petrol Station in South East London. I was Supplied with a video and photos of the issue enabling me to provide a clear estimate beforehand.

On site, it became clear that further materials were required. This I communicated to Harvey and obtained sign-off.

It was made clear that payment would take up to 21 Days. Today was 21 days and the invoice was paid in full as agreed.

These guys seem to be fairly new and working out both their systems and processes but based on this on off experience I am confident that they are a bonafide outfit, trying to grow their service offer.

I'd welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

My feedback to Easefix would be:

Be clear who you are when you contact tradespeople. You gave the impression that you were calling as the end client.

When I realised you were not the client my scam radar started flashing. I now know that's not the case but sharing a bit more about who you are and what you do would be helpful in attracting good trades to help your growth.

I have done work for you on the 10th…

I have done work for you on the 10th June. ( my one and only job for you.) I fitted a new tap on a Shell petrol station on Bradfield Road. Sheffield. I got a phone call from a guy called Frank.

I was out and it was fixed within two hours of the call on the 10th June. 2025.

I was told payments would be made in 14 days from invoice. I invoiced the same day. I txt Frank on the 15th day as I have had no dealings with this company before?! I was asked if I could send a copy of the job ID. Which I photoed and sent a copy. His reply was I would receive in the next payment session.

I have sent a WhatsApp message today to Frank asking what is happening? He has opened the message and has chosen to ignore my message? 1st July 2025

That is 22 days from invoicing the job.
It's not just my labour but I have paid out for new taps and I'm out of pocket.

This is the reason companies like this have such a bad name. I actually thought I'd had a phone call from the maintenance division of the petrol station stupidly.

I steer clear of all companies like this. I just want is rightfully mine. Fact

Just an update on this company. 15th July 2025. A day after my initial review I received a phonecall from Frank saying could I take my post off! I would definitely be paid for my materials and labour by Easefix. I said once I received my payment I would take my post off.

Guess what I haven’t seen a sniff of my money. Please be aware that this company is fraudulent by not paying money owed. They gave me an order number for the work, which was a binding agreement. I stated the order number and the address of the property quite clearly on my invoice. They will have received their payment with big profits and also kept my measly amount!

WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS!!!!

terrible payers, ask for everything to be done cheaper and then want to write you bad reviews that are lies when you just ignore their 100 calls a day after they are over due on payments and want further works doing right now after sending orders later than the agreed date.

if your a company doing work for them i wouldnt waste your effort

Great company to do business with

I have done many jobs for this company over the past few months. They are professional in the way they conduct business and usually pay within the agreed period. I have only had an issue with them once but as soon as I sent them a message the invoice was paid immediately, along with an apology. Can't ask for more.

i am contractor and had call from these guys asking me to do job for them . i spoke to Ryan and he explained the job he needed doing just before christmas said i could do it. job done pictures sent and payed with in a week cant fault them 👍
