Our sale formed part of what turned out to be a 'difficult' chain. Eastaway are the best estate agent we have ever done business with. They are professional and friendly, they always keep in contact, and give you honest feedback. The difference from other estate agents is they keep being involved through the exchange and completion process, offering their professional experience which makes the process much easier. James and kym have been amazing from the moment I saw the house I wanted to purchase.
They have been 100% committed and the communication has been 2nd to none.
I was so happy with the level of expertise that I asked them to sell my property and within 11 days they did just that!
I was kept upto date with feed back from all the viewings.
Kym and James are making the process of buying and selling very easy and helping with the next steps I need to take by putting me intouch with the relevant people and liaising with them also to help me.
I 100% recommend Eastaway property.
