We are delighted with the ground mounted solar array in our sheep paddock and all the high spec kit and latest tech infrastructure you installed for us in the rain, mud and cold. You are all amazing, professional lovely people and we really appreciated all your expertise and guidance and good natured work ethic throughout. Special thanks to Lee who oversaw everything and acted as our agent for the council planning application, including creating the drawings and plans and for keeping us up to date. We are blown away with how intuitive the app is to monitor and check performance in real time and the amount of data available. We have effectively now got a mini power station to achieve near self-sufficiency energy wise, making this a really good investment.

Lee and his team were brilliant from start to finish. He gave good advice before we started, arrived on the agreed date with a very professional team, it took just under 2 days. They were very respectful while they were installing it all and gave me confidence in the finished product. Lee came back at the end of the day to go through everything with myself and my husband when he was home from work. We are so happy with the final product and would thoroughly recommend Lee and his team and the solar panels.

Lee visited us beforehand and gave us advice about installing solar panels. There was no pressure to get back to him with a decision, and once we had made up our minds about what we wanted the process was very smooth. The installation only took two days and Lee came back a few days later to help with the transfer to Octopus. We had a problem with the car charger for the electric car not working after the change to solar power, and Lee went above and beyond in contacting the charging company and the internet company to try to get the issue resolved. All the work was done tidily by a very professional team and I would have no hesitation in recommending Eastbourne Energy to anyone looking to install solar panels.

We have wanted solar for a few years now but always stopped going ahead because we just didn't trust the sales pitch, ludicrous claims and the thought of a very large team crashing through your house to achieve an install in one day when the installing company is based 50 miles away leaving a rushed messy looking install when we all strive to make our homes look neat and tidy.

Enter Eastbourne Energy, a seamless neat and professional installation over two days where we was consulted at every stage and the team went out of their way to hide cables etc. They were a pleasure to have on the property, very respectful of your house and cleaned up afterwards.

Lee was present when the system went live and demonstrated how to use the app etc and all the required certification and means to get the export tariff set up with Octopus was done within 2 days after.

Amazing from start to finish! Lee and the team did a great job. We have an older PV system which had developed several faults.
