Even though we were running late there was no problem . Collecting dad's ashes the following week was emotional but the lady who was with us was very compassionate and kind

Warm and very professional
The customer service was very warm and very welcoming. You did everything we asked, and were very helpful. You had great compassion towards myself and my daughters. The service you delivered for my husband was exactly as we asked and he would have been pleased with what was delivered. Thank you very much for your outstanding.

Help and support in abundance
Dan helped us with all aspects of mums service with a friendly and caring manner. Without Dans experience we would have been lost. He made sure mum and family got the service we wished for.

Your crematorium is in a beautiful location which makes the ceremony fantastic. The inside is done very tastefully and makes the funeral ceremony very pleasant indeed.

Lovely venue
Lovely venue with plenty of parking but better shelter for mourners to use during bad weather is needed, whilst having to wait outside.

A professional and caring organisation.
The crematorium staff were very caring but efficient and enabled us to handle all aspects of my mother's funeral and the scattering of her ashes in a dignified way reducing unnecessary stress at a difficult time.

Easy to get to. Good parking. Waiting area inside, nice size space for the service. Sound system and AV excellent. Very smooth management throughout.
