Great but could be better for repeat customers
I am very pleased that it is very simple to get a loan renewal. However, after so many years and repeated loans with NO missed payments ever, I would expect a better rate by now. My most recent loan was due to an emergency, otherwise I would not have gotten another loan due to the high payback. **** you replied to me so here is my response back to you: where is the incentive to always come back to you then? If you are comparable to the industry, then I should just choose anyone instead of returning to you since there is no incentive?
