The process from start to finish was smooth and made choosing our bathroom easy. The communication regarding delivery was great and the bathroom fitters were excellent.

Excellent customer service throughout. Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to our particular needs, nothing was too much trouble for him. All the products we purchased were excellent quality and exceptional value for money, particularly compared to products we had seen elsewhere. We only experienced one slight problem with a tiny missing part, which was dealt with swiftly, enabling installation to be completed that day.

We’ve just had our bathroom fitted and we honestly love it. The whole process has been seamless, and the workmanship is excellent. What really stood out was the service — especially from Simon in the showroom. He’s been fantastic: friendly, patient, and genuinely funny, which made choosing everything so much easier. I changed my mind a couple of times along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We’re really impressed and would happily recommend them.

The showroom has the largest number of bathroom sets that we have seen, making it easy to get ideas and copy styles.
Delivery was on time and handled with the greatest care and respect for property and vehicles.
All together a very pleasant, happy experience of buying new en-suite shower room furniture and fittings!

This review is directed at the Bolton branch and in particular Simon who, following failings at head office level, stepped in and went above and beyond to repair the damage done and correct the errors. Simon and the staff are a real credit to the company and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Simon and the store.

He had the advice and ideas I needed to make my perfect bathroom come together. He got the brews in and got down to it. The other staff members were also friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Beautiful bath, looks amazing

Easy Bathrooms in BOLTON restored my faith in common sense and people who actually care about customers. Karen and Simon were AMAZING. I won’t go into full detail but let’s just say I had an issue with my tile order from a different EB store and it was only by chance that I found Karen from the Bolton store who was able and willing to rectify my issue. Queen!! The original store AND customer services were a case of ‘computer says no’ and they refused to help. Don’t get me wrong, the product is great, but it’s only thanks to K and S that it looks ace now it’s up - and they don’t even get the sale on their figures. That is my only regret… but you don’t have to make the same mistake… If you want to make sure buying a bathroom is a fully rounded and decent experience where common sense and customer care are applied, make sure you deal with Easy Bathrooms in Bolton. And they have a fab showroom - way bigger and better than any of the others I visited. Thanks K&S! You are the best.
