Embarrassingly, I meant to write this review 6 months ago but have been too busy enjoying my new bathroom!

Highly recommend Easy Bathrooms in Brentford. Ali (our main contact) was amazing - so friendly and helpful and kept us updated at every step of the process.

Yurii and his team fitted our bathroom. They worked incredibly hard, and the attention to detail was high. They covered our carpets and staircase (first floor bathroom) with great care.

Bathroom has now been in for 6 months. Everything is working great, the products we chose (bath, sink unit, tiles, toilet) are all really high quality.

Caveat - the bathroom fitters are very busy, our installation took place in June from our initial appointment in February, but worth the wait.

Very pleased finding this shop, it has improved massively the complex experience of home renovations. From advice by lovely snd helpful humans in the shop, excellent displays, catalogues and ideas available, free online planner and competitive prices, excellent delivery and really good human customer service. I am extremely grateful for making this part of the home renovations a very good one! I highly recommend it.

We were let down by our bathroom designer and I saw that East Bathrooms had a show room in Brentford, so I popped in and the staff were super friendly and helpful - entered and updated our designs, reviewed options and got us back on track, so the work could start as planned. The bathrooms are good quality and an excellent price.

Great advice great price and looking awesome

We visited the Brentford branch to browse the showroom for inspiration. As we were leaving, we spoke with Saabir to enquire about a few items we were interested in. Even though we weren’t certain about making a purchase at the time, Saabir was incredibly generous with his time, offering thoughtful advice and helpful ideas for our project.

We ended up spending over an hour with him and decided to place an order. The entire experience with Easy Bathrooms has been exceptional, largely thanks to Saabir. His support and consistent updates have made our project feel effortless.

Saabir is a great asset to the company and I felt the need to make sure this feedback is provided, as usually we receive very bad service from bathroom or tiles shops.

I just want to do an appreciation post for Saabir at the Brendford brunch. He has been amazing in helping us choose the right products and went above and beyond on assisting us with the delivery and accommodating all the last minute changes to our schedule. He is an asset to the Easy Bathroom family, just an outstanding member of the team. Thank you, Saabir, much appreciated!

Excellent service from start to finish. Showroom staff, especially Kristina, were very helpful and designed the bathroom to our exact expectations. Fitters were also great - complete experts that fitted the bathroom beautifully, on time and with minimal mess or disruption. Highly recommend.

I am a bit late for this review but better late than never. If I could give more than 5 stars, I could but this is not for the Easy Bathroom brand, it is for two special people who work at Brentford branch. From the moment we walked in, Kristina and Saabir made the entire process extremely pleasant and easy despite having all sorts of problems thanks to our builders. The relationship they build is more than a customer one. They try to solve your problems as of their own. And this comes across fairly quickly. After seeing how helpful they were trying to be I didn't even bother checking other brands (even the next door one) and ended up getting all 3 bathrooms from them. And perhaps more importantly, after selling the products they do not disappear like some other salespeople do. If you have any issues, they do their best to smoothly solve it. If I even need anything to do with bathrooms again, I am going straight to Kristina and Saabir, no one else. Easy Bathrooms is so lucky to have them.
