I loved the fact that your company was…
I loved the fact that your company was so easy to work with, and how simple you made my experience be , in regards to honoring my claim. Mostly all of my repairs were covered !!! I only wish that I could extend my warranty over 75k miles !!!

Very easy and convenient to use. Submitted my claim it was approved and they paid the dealership directly. All u had to do was take my car in.

Not happy
I am behooved that EasyCare would pay for 1 motor for a faulty sunroof but you will not pay for the 2nd motor or the repair so that it functions properly. Not happy. Very odd that you'll pay for 1 motor to be installed but not to work properly. What good does a non-working sunroof do me? Worthless.

I took my car in to have somethings checked. I told them about the warranty on the car. The dealership called Easy Care and everything was taken care of. I paid the deductible and left.
It doesn't get better than that.

I was able to use my local mechanic, who I know and trust, without any issues. And the work was done fast and perfect... I couldn't be happier...

Wish there was more under warranty.
Paying a lot of money for a warranty and should have more in warranty. Some of these auto shops need to be more knowledgeable on how warranties work. Ford I thought was the best for warranty, but not so sure now for the 2013 F150.

Representative was polite, courteous. Took the time to answer my questions. Did not rush me or make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Knowledgeable. Did not give me the run around.

I got the easy care through my dealer
I got the easy care through my dealer. They submitted a claim that was authorized before the work was done, but they gave my dealer a really hard time approving the claim when the work was completed.
Eventually it was approved. If I had done it myself, the claim may not have been approved.
All insurance companies are like that. They just want to decline, decline and decline.
