Only sent half the order.
I ordered a box off 100 tape as per website. Got confirmation invoice after payment of 100 but was only sent 50.
Easymeds said I only paid for 50. I provided proof it was 100 on my invoice and their website. Within 20 mins of sending them copy, their website got changed to 50 and they are refusing to send me the other 50.

Easy to use website yet I still stupidly managed to order the wrong syringe. I contacted site & they immediately changed the order. Itemcwas delivered within quoted timescale despite my not being available for 1st delivery attempt by Royal mail

Incorrect items shipped overseas
Of the three items ordered, one item that was shipped to me overseas was something I did not order and had not ordered during my entire time of having an account with Easymeds. I received no communications about substituting the item. I've not had a problem with service before but this was pretty stunning.
