We have to give Andy 5 stars, reason being is because he is very professional. We viewed a property with him & he was very knowledgeable about the property & the area. Being an ex estate agent myself, I have to say that I was dubious about dealing with an 'online agent'. Andy is very pro active with following up for feedback, which is very important for a seller. Also, he is interested in the purchaser's needs & wants. This is really important, reason being is because if Andy does not have the property for you listed, I am sure he could source a property from your requirements as he has good local knowledge & contacts.

After working with a "traditional" high street estate agent and being disappointed with the service and advice I received & my Home not being sold after 3 months I turned to alternative options.

I’ve always been cynical about estate agents.

A friend recommended Laura from easy property. She contacted me and arranged to meet me at the property I was selling.
