Embarrassing moment at the restaurant when it didn't work. Please fix your app.

Love EatClub for last-minute dinner plans! Really easy to use and love that you just pay through the app rather than messing around with vouchers or asking for a discount. The restaurants on there are actually places you’d want to go too. Have already recommended it to friends and will definitely use again.

Such an awesome app/ idea. Access to genuinely amazing restaurants, offering high discounts during certain time slots of the day.

Absolutely love this app. Love dining out and trying everything on the menu but have had pretty bad experiences with traditional vouchers.
The digital card system they use makes is super seamless and discrete. Love the app. Had an issue with my bank card before, but their support team was on the ball straight away and still sorted me for the deal. 5 stars!

What can I say ? I tried to use it but the payment has been declined twice. Contacted the customer service about it but never mailed me back. Only one word: shocking.

Oge was amazing, she heard my issue and did not waste any time trying to resolve it. She also apologised for the delay overall brilliant agent. Highly recommend this person.

EatClub has been great for me. I don't use it that often but have only ever had one issue with a payment and customer service refunded it pretty quickly. Wish there were more venues near my house though.

I love using EatClub! It's been a great way to try new places to eat but also has saved me a ton of money. I used to get food delivered every week but that has got so expensive now so this is a good way to encourage my hubby and I to go out to eat instead for date nights. It's easy to use and there's always so much to choose from.

Customer service is non existent. Tried calling no one is ever available and no response to the emails either. Won’t be using again. Disappointed

Beware the hidden costs. I recently signed up for this app & it’s offers of discounted prices at selected hospitality venues. I found with my first (and only purchase) a variation in the bill the venue gave me to the one EatClub claimed on my credit card (higher $$ for EatClub) My attempts to then get customer service proved to be a long process with multi phone calls & emails. I finally had a representative reply (admitting there was a large number of correspondence which indicates I’m not the only person affected)
It turns out that if there are ‘in house promotions’ such as Happy Hour prices, EatClub ignores those & will go to the full price of the drink. Also be aware that you will pay a surcharge on your ‘EatClub’ credit card & then you will pay a surcharge for booking with EatClub to cover their costs. To add intro injury you may get an email claiming you didn’t turn up for your booking which happened to me, and therefore you will be charged $6 on your credit card. When I questioned this I was informed that there was a tech problem. By now the great savings are minimal and you are questioning whether all this stress and exposure to an app that obviously has problems is worth the trouble.
