I'm embarrassed as I meant to do this like 4 months ago. I was with a birthday group of like 12 and they accommodated us in a short time. The food and service were excellent! This was the one up in Palos Verdes in the big mall. A big shout out to Paige who was our server. You are awesome!

GOOD STUFF? MORE LIKE GOOD SHIT! The food showed up cold, the bacon was burnt, and my scrambled eggs were overcooked. Oh, and the pancakes? No butter! I ended up microwaving the meal just to eat something and planned to complain later.

When I called the manager, I started off by saying your food has always been good, so calling you about poor quality food is an anomaly, — clearly he didn't understand "anomaly” — perhaps the word was above his Intelligence level and he didn’t understand what it meant because he became defensive and rude. He eventually said he would redo the meal but I told him I didn’t have time for that, so he reluctantly offered a refund and would come and retrieve the food. Seriously? Why would you want to take back food from a customer? Either you want to resell it or you don’t believe me. Since reselling is a health code violation, I’m going with the latter. I guess because he could tell that I was black he thought I was trying to pull a fast one

I advised the racist manager that I had reheated and eaten part of it, and he said he couldn’t refund me. I explained that I wasn’t even asking for a refund; I just wanted to point out the awful quality but he kept cutting me off while I was talking - I finally stated can i finish what I am saying before you respond and the racist manager said he didn’t have time and hung the phone up.

Since the restaurant is downstairs, i went down to talk to the racist manager in person (see video). He was still rude and condescending and called me a liar when I told him they didn’t even include the butter. In less than a minute, he threatened to call the police on me. If I looked like him or was a white woman, I doubt he’d have the same reaction. This is just another example of weaponizing the police against a Black person, and we know how those situations often end. So I responded “and I’ll call ICE on you”. PSA: If you're a minority, you know all too well how dangerous it is when someone calls the police on a Black or Brown person. If you want to go down that road with me, just know I'm ready to fight back by any means necessary. So if you are going to weaponize the police against a Black woman, be prepared for this Black woman to weaponize ICE against you! This manager was CLEARLY a racist!!! Paris, the assistant manager, and the owner, Cris Bennett, are a prime example of IT TAKES A RACIST, TO HIRE A RACIST!
I’ll eat out of a garbage can before I eat a morsel of nasty-ass food from this racist piece of shit-hole establishment again. BOYCOTT GOOD STUFF RESTAURANTS “RACIST IS AS RACIST DOES!!!”
