Enterprise Agility University’s „Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty” is a must-have for CEO’s, senior and middle management, product owners and project managers as it provides priceless insights into thriving in the modern hypercompetitive economy as well as provides the tools to do so. The classes were not only educational but collaborative - lending to hands-on application of the concepts and tools learned. I highly recommend this course!

The Strategic Leadership for Economic…
The Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty training facilitated by Erich was a great practice in how to apply specific strategic techniques to real world business use cases. It laid out a step by step intentional approach in utilizing strategic tools throughout various phases of a business cycle. As teamwork is key for any new venture, I appreciate the homework assignments in small group settings and discussing the results with other classmates to gain additional insights and to showcase that learning is ongoing, beyond homework and attendance. I have learned a few practical and valuable new things that can be applied to both the corporate business and government sector.
