When Charmaine listed our property we…
When Charmaine listed our property we had not yet found a place to call home, however, she guaranteed that our property will only be sold once we find something and all suspensive conditions are met,we found a property also listed on Eazi Real estate's website and contacted Denise who worked hand in hand with Charmaine to conclude our purchase simultaneously. 😀

The estate process
The estate agent , Charmaine was very hands on and completed the OTP documentation within 3 hours which gave us ample time to communicate with the banks. The bond originator that they used was also so helpful and communicated each step with us. We had a great experience.

On registration
On registration, and at key handover, the property I bought was not vacant. I was not informed of tis prior to my arrival, and at key handover, the Eazi agent left me to negotiate the period for them to move all their items out of the house. This was not only unprofessional, but done in bad taste. The sellers eventually vacated the property 2 days after registration.
I should have been informed early enough of this as to plan my logistics, as the delay of 2 days had a terrible knock on effect. Eazi did not keep me informed, and there was enough time, had their approach been more professional.
I've sold a previous property through Eazi, and had a far better experience. But I think as the buyer, I was unduly prejudiced and their concern seemed only to be with their client, the seller.

We’re sorry to hear that the handover process did not meet your expectations, especially given your previous positive experience with Eazi. We understand that any delays around occupation can be frustrating, and we regret the inconvenience this may have caused.
To clarify the timeline from our side: in preparation for handover, there was communication between all parties regarding the sellers’ moving arrangements. At the time, there appeared to be a shared understanding around the timing of occupation, particularly as you had mentioned plans to carry out installations before moving in.
At key handover, our agent helped facilitate discussions to manage expectations and timing, and remained in contact with both parties throughout the process to assist where possible.
We do understand that any delay in occupation can be disappointing, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been noted, and we’ll continue working on improving how these arrangements are handled to avoid similar concerns in the future.

Great service from Phumla Mngeni
Phumla Mngeni from Eazi real estate made the whole process of selling my house seem easy. The company’s system is user friendly and Phumla was forever available for any questions I had. The fact that she spoke the same language as me was a cherry on top. She explained everything thoroughly and she was informative and efficient. She was there from the beginning to the end. The name Eazi is a understatement...they make you feel at ease. We had our fair share of agents and it was not this experience but bad ones.Eazi team gave us hope and they made us believe there is a light at the end of our long tunnel. The Eazi team was incredible they got us through the process in less than a month. Amazing bunch Charmaine we met once and from there it was digital. It truly was easy and also a pleasure…
It truly was easy and also a pleasure dealing with Eazi Real Estate and their agent Celia Clarke. I can highly recommend them for the selling of property. From the first contact i had with Eazi and Celia, and throughout the valuation, sale and transfer process of my house even to the handover to the new owner, I was set at ease and felt confident in their handling of matters. Celia consistently provided quality professional assistance and advice in a friendly empathetic manner and kept me updated and informed as needed throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated. There were a couple of hitches along the way but these were not strictly their fault and Celia was always there, available and willing to do what she could to advise and help get them sorted out.
