Good for the environment as it's repairable and made in the UK, quiet, and the fact it's dual fill works well for me since we have communal hot water -- it also makes it quicker.

Occasionally, it won't spin fully due to being out of balance with towels but that's designed to protect a machine that's designed to last (you get used to how to make such loads balance).

The spin function is useless. Most washes need 2 to 3 different programs to get clothes that are not dripping wet. Costing me a fortune in electricity and time. Don’t buy!

I would not recommend a washing machine from this company. I bought it to support British Engineering and a shorter delivery route/less pollution for transport from Asia. We’ve had the warrantee Repair people out approx 10 times in three years which is a joke. We are on first name terms with the repair engineer. I really would like to have a refund and start again. Our kitchen floor is wrecked & our neighbour downstairs ceiling is wrecked from the leak that keeps reappearing.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Ebac. I had looked forward to my machine but the delivery experience was very bad. Once the machine was up and running I had to call out an engineer as it soon developed a fault and wouldn’t drain. Ebac said I could have a refund but it took ages for the machine to be collected and now they are not paying the full refund. I would not recommend this company. A very very disappointing experience.

Never had so many issues with a washing machine as I've had with this one. I feel like we are constantly having an engineer out for one problem or another.
Do not recommend you waste your money on this, I've had cheaper much better washing machines before

It's the worst washing machine I have ever used, there is no way it spins at 1600RPM and all customer service advise is 'make sure it's a balanced load' I've tried all balances and it won't spin. At the end of the wash the door is covered insoap suds, oh wait a minute 'use half a cup of soap powder' is the advise, ok, so the wash comes out dirty and marked. The excess soap gets spun back into the clothes as it doesn't take in sufficient water, everything it getting ruined. Please be well aware, this is not a quality British Made Product.

Washing machine has started leaking from the drum, rusting on the cabinet (again), heater replaced, pump replaced, facia had to be re glued as come away and spinning is a nightmare as al ays banging around. Be glad to scrap this machine now as not calling to get fixed. Awful to say British made. Very sad as there dehumidifiers are ok as I have 2 of them. Will try a candy now. Never again, and I see from there accounts they stopped production of the washing machines in Dec 2025, now we know why as they where loss making!

My old Bosch washing machine finally gave up and I had difficulty finding a replacement with a 1600rpm spin. Came across Ebac and was impressed by the fact it was British made plus the fast spin.

With my old machine I had to peel the clothes off the drum after a spin. In the couple of years (almost) I've owned the Ebac that's never happened.

I spoke to their customer services not long after I bought it and was told to check the machine was level and to wash my different fabrics separately, I already wash bedding and towels separately and I said it's unreasonable to expect people to wash every other separately depending on the fabric.

It seems to do a good enough wash, although white deodorant stains often get left behind but maybe a different wash liquid would sort that out.

There's no way it does a 1600rpm spin though. Not on a 60° wash for the bedding, not a really hot wash for the towels, not a 40° wash for normal clothes.

If you want a fast spin machine, this brand isn't the one.

Washing machine won't work, door error. Easy fix you'd think. Engineer doesn't have voicemai, doesn't take calls unless between 5pm and 7pm and doesn't answer messages. Its coming up 2 weeks now.

I have a washing machine and dehumidifier from this company and the service has been fantastic. I did have two faulty LG machines in the past three months and service from LG was terrible (its still not resolved), but Ebac have been superb from the start. We haven't had any issues with the washer not spinning - a fault many mention. It clearly says in the manual to load big items first then smaller items, I've done this and the machine has not failed to spin first time. It's silent and I can't fault it. The dehumidifier dries the washing quickly and much more cheaply than a tumble dryer - although I can't be without a tumble dryer so I hope Ebac look into making other appliances such as a dryer, dish washer, fridge etc as their product quality and customer support is worth paying a bit extra for.

Customer services hardly open over 2 week Xmas period. had to email them. I had been without my washing machine for 5 weeks in total. leaking water everywhere- damaged kitchen units and dresser. Ev=bac dont care. I have had three engineer visits for the leaks and still not repaired so am now excercising might right under the Consumer act to reject the applicance and seek a refund. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Wanted a relaible machine,, 7 year warranty and 1600 spin spead with a 10 kg drum. Its been the worse machine I have ever owned. It has never cleaned clothes properly. Stops spinning all the time - cant load towels together as its never liked it. Always cleaned it and conducted drum cleans but despite this clothes seem more damp than they did in my 1200 spin machine which I had for 14 years without a single repair Whirlpool). Customer service is shocking, will pursue though small claims court if i have too. I have now bought an LG and already the clothes are cleaner and less damp (1400 spin). NEVER AGAIN!

We wish we had read the reviews as for us, like many others, this machine around 50% of the time does not spin, gives no error messages and even if it does spin the washing takes significantly longer than the program would suggest and the washing feels damper than it did our previous machine.

You contact customer support to be told you are "not loading the machine correctly". How can you load a washing machine incorrectly?

Don't be taken in, as we were, with the promise of a 7 year warranty and BUYING BRITISH!

This machine is the biggest regret possible, expensive waste of money. 12 months on and we give up, £600+ down the drain it is going for recycling (we thought about giving it away but wouldn't wish it on anyone), being replaced with a foreign built machine which gets good reviews.

The drum bearings on our washing machine started to get very noisy. We telephoned ebac in October and requested a warranty repair.
It took 3 weeks for the engineer to attend to confirm the problem. We then had a 2 week awaiting a update from ebac which we received when we contacted them.
They were going to arrange a exchange washing machine. The fiasco then continued for over a month in getting the exchange completed with over 3 weeks without a washing machine. Every call was answered promptly with apologies but progress was a fiasco

Absolutely useless. Machine arrived without a foot which took two weeks to arrive by which time I had realised how useless the actual machine was. Time saver element took 3 minutes off a 2 hour load and took the spin speed down. To do a small load on 60 degrees took two hours. Rejected machine,

Absolutely useless at spinning anything g over 3kg just goes round and round as for customer service WHAT we will get our engineer call you well he does you wait in all day and ay 6 or 7 pm he calls and wants to leave it till tomorrow useless company save your money stay away

Humidifier, fast delivery from manufacturer's website. Easy set up. Seems to be working great

Just taking our 2 year old EXPENSIVE EBAC washing machine to the dump.
Broken down 3 times , poor repair service despite warranty.
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

This is the worst washing machine I have ever used. It frequently fails to spin for ridiculous reasons — either the load is apparently too light or too heavy, even when washing just two bath towels. It feels impossible to load it “correctly.”
The control panel regularly loses power for no clear reason. The only way to reset it is to turn the power off and on again, and sometimes the machine stops working.
Customer support is frustrating. I’ve had to contact the service centre repeatedly to arrange repairs, yet the problems keep coming back. Overall, it’s unreliable, poorly designed, and extremely disappointing.

Bought Dehumidifier in 2022 now sounds like an aircraft waiting to take off, customer service want £115 to service it not that impressed considering it's age.
Customer service useless and MD didn't even respond not good no empathy and no help at all.

PHONE ANSWERED within 4 rings, operator Natalie, found the account, logged the fault, booked an engineer in for next day to repair my 5 year old EBAC washing machine, he arrived next day before 10am, what more could you ask from a British manufacturer, which also gives a 7 year warranty,
