There was a slight delay due to a post code issue but this was sorted out in a friendly and efficient way and I am delighted with the poncho and the service! High recommend.

Now I love the poncho...maybe a bit overpriced...but I am happy with it and I suspect I will get a lot of use from it.
What did disappoint me was that at the same time that my order was received the web site advertised a (new) discount.
This was not passed on to me and Ebbflowcorwall were completely within their rights no to do so....but as a gesture of goodwill to a new customer it may well have encouraged me to recommend the company and possibly make other purchases. Business is business I guess!
