Great customer service
I had one of their towels already but wanted an additional one, the colour I wanted was showing out of stock each time I looked. I contacted the company and got a very swift response letting me know they would be back in stock shortly, a day or two later I received another email to let me know they were now back in stock and I could place my order. Very impressed and product is lovely.

Website was clear and simple. Pictures and product descriptions reflect the products that arrived. Delivery information was provided and trackable. Products were good quality soft 100% cotton. Delighted.
