The look is great!
I really like the way this looks. It brightens up the room and the fit is perfect on the queen-sized bed. I would definitely order from this company again, as their prices are competitive, their on-line ordering was easy and I received my order quickly.

I received something totally different…
I received something totally different than what I ordered. It has been a while since I ordered this and they truly made up for the mistake. I got my comforter that I ordered today and it was free. I am extremely happy now. This is truly the nicest comforter I have ever owned, and I’ve owned several. I wanted it so bad because my daughter has it.

wrong size
I was happy with the product but, it did not fit the depth of our mattress. As far as a return, I was extremely happy. They took care of everything and as soon as I returned it, I received a credit. Very happy with the process.

Return Policy
I found returns to be frustrating. It wasn't easy for me to figure out the process. I had to write to costumer support. I also had to pay a lot of money to ship back the return. I wouldn't buy a product again for those reasons. On a positive, costumer service was timely and clear in answering my questions.

Bedding is great quality and very soft
Bedding is great quality and very soft. My daughter loves the colors. I took a star off because the original shipping time frame posted on the website before I placed the order ended up being listed as the processing time frame once I ordered and received the confirmation email. Though it was behind, I still received the package in a reasonable time frame. Wording just needs to be more clear on the website but would definitely order from them again.

Billed but no inventory
The products I purchased were billed to me, and shortly thereafter, I was informed that there was no inventory. I paid via PayPal and they only credited my account, so I was out the money and received no furniture in return. I was disappointed in the lack of communication, in this age of instantaneous technology. I did not intend to leave a review, as these things (I guess) happen; however, I received three follow-up emails to describe my experience -- here it is.
