An unethical misleading company

An unethical misleading company, they advertise "17 in-stock" TAKE YOUR MONEY then claim "NO STOCK" Then claim it will take 5 to 6 weeks to get the stock from Sydney. IT DOESN'T TAKE 5 TO 6 WEEKS TO GET STOCK FROM SYDNEY TO ADELAIDE.....!!! So clearly they are waiting for stock from China!!! Now I have to wait until I get a refund before I can buy elsewhere... This is extremely inconvenient for people and, IT MUST STOP!!!!

This is UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR AND MISLEADING....

I Demand consultation from this company or I will take legal action and make sure that EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY

Please refer our Shipping and Return Policy where we clearly mentioned below and according to that policy we refunded your full order amount within an hour. We clearly mentioned that ebike is not in stock.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

When ordering the bike it said 16 in…

When ordering the bike it said 16 in stock after ordering i received an email to say it was not in stock it would be about three weeks. I agreed to wait, after the deadline i was told there would be a further delay of two weeks so i rang and ordered another bike that was in stock for a further +$400. i was promised next or following day dispatch i heard nothing after contacting them the bike was sent but it was not mine going somewhere else i contacted them again and they got the correct dispatch details and i received the bike next day. The bike is great really pleased but not happy with the customer service.

Incompetence and Arrogance: NEVER AGAIN

The name of the sales rep I dealt with was Maneesh and he was absolutely incompetent and made my buying experience a nightmare.

When I made an enquiry about changing my order for a more expensive trike the day after I made the initial order, he told me I would have to pay another $100 to return it and another $100 on top of that to deliver the new trike. I declined to spend the extra money and told him to proceed with the original order.

3 weeks later I contacted Maneesh to find out where the hell my trike was and he sent me the screenshot of the tracking info which I had access to myself and had shown the same thing - in transit- for 3 weeks. The contract said it was to be delivered within 14 working days, the time was elapsed so something was wrong and I pushed him on it.

He told me that he would “re-deliver” the trike and when I pressed him on it he refused to elaborate. He finally gave me the number of the freight company (which I had requested from the beginning of this debacle) along with the wrong tracking number - couldn’t even get that right. That’s how I found out that the trike had been returned and only resent upon my query 3 weeks later.

I asked to cancel the whole thing because I was so unhappy with the service and Maneesh informed me that on top of the freight cost of $200 he would charge me an extra $100 administrative costs. I was tempted but ultimately decided to not reward Maneesh’s incompetence and greed with extra money.

It’s been 4 weeks and I finally received the trike which I needed urgently at the time of ordering. This Maneesh poor-excuse-for-a-sales-rep had gotten the trike back through his inept communication with the freight company and could’ve easily exchanged my order as I requested the very next day after after my initial order, not even 12 hours, but he wanted to charge extra, and when it was returned by the freight company he did not inform me or offer to take the opportunity to fulfill my request to change my order to a more expensive trike. He declined to give me the phone number of the freight company until I got so frustrated with his incompetence that I became outright rude to him. It was the freight company that explained what had happened to my bumbled order, not Maneesh.

This Maneesh cost his company money and made the whole process a nightmare for me in exchange for a one and a half thousand dollar trike.

eBikes Pro needs to either train their reps better or exchange them for people who are competent at their jobs. There is absolutely nothing good I can say about my experience.

I wouldn’t dream of dealing with this incompetence and arrogance again. EBikes Pro has lost my business for good.

Well the truth of the matter is that I ordered a E bike and just lost the sale.
But with the speedy attending CEO my money was returned as quick as can be. Hence I’m on there mailing list and still deciding....

Good quality and prompt delivery

The overall quality of the bike appears good and it arrived very promptly in good condition. I was put out initially on not finding instructions for the limited assembly required, but this proved fairly straight forward.

Excellent service.

Ordering was easy and fast as was the service from this firm.
I asked for some advice on assembling and operating the bike , that advice came back to me by email within minute's, one could not ask for better service.

All good in the end..

A mixup with the order presented me with the correct make but a slightly lesser model of the Progear E Shock. A compromise on price was reached (15%) with a 10% discount on any future purchase.

Overall, I was happy because the Progear V2 is a very nice bike... maybe not suited for hard trail riding, but comfortable and the crank drive system works nicely - much better than hub driven imo.

The communication on handling the problem was excellent.

Progear e shock mountain bike

I found the info on the website a bit confusing. In the specs it shows hydraulic disc brakes and also cable disc brakes. I had looked the bike up on the progear page as well and it showed hydraulic brakes there. So I assumed it had hydraulic brakes. I should have asked to clarify. I like the bike and thanks for your service!
