So easy to set up. The kit is amazing and really sturdy. Just like the spinning bike I use at the gym. The classes are really great too. It's been a life changer to have this at home!

Cannot compliment Echelon enough for how thorough their customer service dept is. A few niggles with the bike but Debbie and Caroline took the time to phone/talk me through options.

Special mention goes to Nicole who has gone above and beyond to ensure all issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Outstanding from the whole team. Cheers.

Bike ordered and delivered in super speedy time. Really easy to put together and get started. Now trying to get used to it.
I would recommend a gel seat though as the seat takes some getting used to I can tell you!
Enjoying the scenic rides (as working from home a lot) and husband is doing the 10 minute sessions as he hasn’t done anything for years!

Absolutely amazing Bike, the community and support is amazing with great instructors and lots of on demand content, from rides, to fit pass which includes numerous workouts. Echelon support is fantastic. I would highly recommend echelon if you wish to meet new friends and become part of a very fantastic community.

Service was excellent but £99.99 for delivery I thought was excessive and you don't see the delivery price until you get to the check out

Had our bike nearly a year and did have an issue unfortunately however the customer service is exceptional especially from Caroline Johnston . Communication is superb and just a lovely friendly tone to emails

Fault discovered in a timely manner , fixed and reviewed to make sure we were happy

Bike EX3 is a lovely solid experience and love the app as plenty of choices of class

Absolutely LOVE my Echelon bike. I've got the Sport Compact model and it's the perfect size for my home gym. It's a super solid piece of kit and was easy (for my other half!!!) to put together for me. I love the diversity of classes and instructors all of whom bring their own personalities and character to the rides. Definitely worth the investment.

Ordered a rowing machine having had one of their bikes for nearly two years. Quick delivery, customer services very helpful and so far a great bit of kit

Given the extortionate delivery charge it's disappointing that there is no set-up or even removal of packaging included.

Couldn't recommend this company any less.

An issue with the iPad holder on the bike. The company trying to say I am responsible for a £99 return charge despite a fault.

Now have been banned from their groups for simply complaining.

Feels very much like censorship to me.
