Everything was fine until I had to contact customer service about a faulty bottle I recieved.
I was very polite and asked would they include a replacement bottle in my next order (which was late also but no big deal) what I received was a snarky response explaining to me how to open a bottle 🙄 no apologies about my late order or the faulty bottle. I've spent HUNDREDS of euros with them and they treated me like some inconvenience that they didnt have time for. Will be taking my business to somewhere that actually deserves it

Excellent Service & Fast Delivery
I have been using eCigarettesWorld for more than 3 years. I normally buy eliquid on a monthly basis (menthol being my favourite), and I can honestly say that the service has been impeccable during that time. My orders are almost always delivered the next day. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for a delivery, except on a weekend obviously. I would highly recommend this company!

Faulty products!
I purchase an ecig online. When it arrived it was faulty left ne with a blister on my lip and an awful smell of burning. These things can happen so I emailed the company no apology just send it back and they will see. Now they are saying they never received it. Convenient. It is like emailing a moody teenager shocking. I have heard from other people that they do not honor their warrenty. I wouldn't mind all i was looking for was a replacement not even a refund. Absolute frauds is all I can say. I seen someone else had wrote complaining about them on their facebook as did I. Our comments deleted. Obviously I will now take the matter further as I was left with a blister which I was going to let go but now now thankfully had took pictures. Also I have thankfully found a legit place to get ecigs and will be telling anyone I know to get them and not from E-cigarette world!!
