Order arrived on time and was priced very well. Cheapest I can find online. Will be returning.

Ordered days ago with next day delivery and still haven’t received anything. Rip off. They don’t reply to their emails.

Absolutely awful, I ordered a product over a month ago for 2-3 day delivery and it still has not arrived!

I would first like to say that I cannot recommend enough this company, ' Ecigs ', Adam and Umar two brothers who run this store/service do so much to ensure you receive your items in a timely fashion.
Although I do recommend paying for tracked 24 no matter what platform or item your buying as it gives you proper tracking .
Anyway , Adam who I deal with many times , is so dedicated and always responds to any queries about my orders . His hard work and dedication, even going the extra mile to ensure your kept informed about your order by sending tracking info after office hours if they have been very busy , his warm. And friendly manner is a total pleasure to deal with , he truly goes above and beyond to ensure you get the service you would wish for .
Also their products are fantastic, they taste good and can last a long time ( namely their 4000 puff vimbull ice product for example , my own personal favourite), and when I did have one problem over an order , Umar and Adam very kindly sent free if charge a new vape for me to try , which is the vimbull ice and now I buy that regularly.
Their prices are among the best ive found , and despite the 4000 puff vapes , being less than another supplier , who sells so called 10'000 puffs , their service is not only shocking but their product has often arrived leaking and unable , and when working they don't last anywhere near what Ecigs 4000 puffs provide . The point being is again the hard work and dedication by Adam and Umar is among the best of three over major sellers .
I totally recommend this company, and have recommended to friends who have also placed orders recently and are equally thrilled by the excellent service .So I'd like to say a massive thank you to Adam and Umar for a. Job very very well done .
I only wish eBay and other online retailers were this good.
You would be hard pressed to find any better .
And I do wish them all the very best and success in the future .

Ordered on 28th January and still no delivery on 12th February. Tried numerous times to contact via email and WhatsApp with no rey. Will be contacting bank to try and get a refund and not using again.

One of my items did not arrive. Tried to contact by email twice and again by whatsapp and have been ignored. I would avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Ordered 3 vapes 1 came broke so contacted them told me they would send a new one out and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later, after contacting them a few times to see if it has been dispatched and no response. Shocking service will never use these again!!!

Absolutely awful! Wish I had checked reviews before placing an order. Have not recieved any of my order. Its disgusting that they are allowed to take money off people without any intention of sending the items. AVOID

Ordered on Saturday and item hasn’t even been despatched yet, contacted company via WhatsApp and email and they haven’t replied, don’t recommend this company at all, just hope I get my order as it was over £70

Package was never delivered to courier. Been over a week, emailed and no response.

Package arrived. Missing two vapes. Still no response from company. Stay away.

order still hasn’t arrived as i ordered it friday last week and payed for 1-2 day delivery. emailed them quite a few times but haven’t gotten a reply yet.

Complete scam website ordered just just before the 11th September it’s now the 27th I’ve messaged and messaged only to be told its sent and to let them know when it’s here they keep saying they will post new ones and then just started to ignore me when asked for updates and I imagine haven’t posted to even begin with STAY AWAY!
