I spent a long time looking for a tool that could actually save me time and help me manage my accounts professionally, and now that I’m using Eclincher, I’m really happy with it. I wish I had known about it earlier, as it would have saved me a lot of searching, so I hope this review helps someone else.

Eclincher is very intuitive and easy to use. You don’t need to watch hours of tutorials to figure it out, and their support team is always ready to help if you get stuck.

The platform integrates AI-powered features, including content suggestions and ChatGPT for copywriting, as well as Canva integration for designing posts, all tools I normally use. Having everything in one place makes everything perfect for me. Highly recommended

They did not honor the lifetime membership I purchased and it seems that they now that they have gotten what they needed monetarily, have chosen to renege on what was purchased by us. Just because you've grown as a company and decided to make your product more scalable, we shouldn't be penalized. "They have too much dop on their chip" and I'm sure out early contributions were valued back when they were a start up company. Do right by people.

The analytics reports did not help me. bad result plz don't trust on this. this a totally scam waste of money

Bought a license which they discontinued without hesitation. They don't care two cent about customers and will give them the finger as soon as they see profits. Business practices like this are awful, please don't support companies that do this!

Less than one star, awful company that does not honor terms and contractual obligations. Much better companies now on the market that offer a far superior service. Overhyped, overpriced and unreliable.
Avoid

Unethical, breached contract with Appsumo. This business sold things to users that they later did not provide, blatantly scamming. I hope we all unite to sue them for this.

eC has been a fantastic partner for HMC. To put it in a nutshell, I managed 49 bases with each having roughly 3-5 social media profiles. That is a LOT of social media. eC really got what we needed to do. We had an Agency account -- it was very easy to manage, publish, use all the features, measure campaigns, tag campaigns, integrates with so many apps, helps us to be nimble and respond to reviews which were extremely important for our business. The social inbox is everything! The visual calendar was also amazing, but there were tons of features beyond the hero features for our business that made it work. The workflow collaboration, the content curation, RSS feeds, the massive free library of photos, the wave vid integration, I can go on and on here. When something goes wrong and it will, it was awesome to feel like the eC team was there for us -- it starts as a live chat but if you need to talk to them, they are there for you. Not to mention, if you have suggestions they listen and if it is scalable they make it happen!

We have been using eClincher for over a year now, and it's the perfect piece of software to manage all our social media channels, we have about 50! It's affordable, easy to use, and when Facebook Business has its funny moments, eClincher has all of the info for us!
