A big thanks to Judith and Lisa for all of their help picking a pram and car seat. Nothing was too much hassle, from trying different prams in our boot and asking all of our questions. They were so friendly and accommodating.

Great shop great staff
My wife and I are expecting our first child and we decided to go to Eclipse to look at baby products. We were greeted by Rhonda who was extremely welcoming, she showed us all the items we wanted to look at, demonstrating how each product worked in great detail.
Lynsey was also extremely helpful and provided us with excellent service as well.
Both members of staff made us feel very important and they couldn’t do enough for us to ease our minds and help us choose the right products for us, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for baby products, thank you both so much.

We went shopping today for our first baby & had the most lovely experience. Both ladies in Ballymena were so helpful & demonstrated everything we needed to see. Highly recommend & can’t wait to return to purchase our bundle.

Above and Beyond Customer Service
I popped in to find out more about a suitable double buggy for my childminding requirements and Judith was so helpful and even recommended I come and try the buggy options in my car to see how they fit and with the children I predominantly childmind for to see how the buggy handles. A couple of days later I came back to do just that and Judith was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I went away with a brand new OutnAbout double nipper the very same day! Disappointing
Purchased quite a lot from this store. Went back to order next car seat and travel cot. When the sales advisor demonstrated how to adjust the travel cot I advised that I already had the travel cot just didn’t realise that it could adjust. She convinced me that I bought the smaller size travel cot and not that one so I bought it. I wasn’t able to check travel cot I had until I went to baby’s grandmother where it was kept. It was the same one. I rang shop today to ask could I return it as it was the one I had. They won’t accept even though it hasn’t been opened and still in the box. Have another baby on the way so asked could I even get a credit note as I was planning to buy all the baby’s new things but they said no. Very disappointing and won’t be returning to buy new items for new baby.

We went in to get a travel system as…
We went in to the Lisburn store to get a travel system as first time parents. We were helped by Lisa who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to help us with the right system for our needs. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault the Lisburn store or the ladies at all. We went in on Monday without a clue of what we needed and we were asked some questions about our lifestyle
Etc and they were able to point us in the right direction. We weren’t pushed into a purchase at all and felt comfortable walking away with all the new knowledge we had to have a think about it. We came back on Saturday to order and again were met with smiles and chat from all the girls. Lovely experience and I can definitely see us returning for more baby and toddler purchases on the future 💕
