Working with Julia this tax season was again a great experience. From the start, she was proactive, organized, and thorough — reaching out early to request the right documents and clearly explaining what was needed to finalize both personal and business returns.

What really stood out was her attentiveness to detail. When we provided a last-minute form, she reviewed it right away and identified that we were eligible for the AOTC - turning what would have been a balance due into a refund.
